My dress was tailored perfectly, quickly and for a reasonable price. I absolutely recommend Zip.

She seemed unhappy to help me from the start. Said "maybe you should get another style dress" after I explained the small changes I needed. All I needed was the neckline pleated so there wouldn't be so much fabric. She offered to take in each side and add pleats down the middle. I show up and I can see the zig zag horrible stitching AND it was now stained! She just kept saying that's how it should be and ignored my comment on the stain. Then rudely said she could just take it out. Forced me to pay before she took it out, only to find ANOTHER stain once she removed it! She told me I could take it to a cleaner!! I of course said NO, the event is tomorrow and it was not stained when I dropped it off. So she washed it with water and said it would go away in an hour. Brought it home and had to rewash it myself and can still see the stain! Wedding is tomorrow so not much I can do. I definitely will not be going back! I was a faithful customer for a few years until one day my pants were altered way too short. I went in and let the owner know in hopes that there would be a way to fix them. When I told her the problem, she looked at the pants and said "No! You washed them! No! This is not my fault. You washed them." I was just like "Are you serious?" I had been coming to her for years and never had a problem. You would think that all my pants would have shrank when I went home and washed them. But they didn't and neither did these. This place did an excellent job. I found this place on yelp hoping to get the pants shortened. The stitching he used matches the stitching already on the pants. You cant tell that it was shortened looks as if you just bought them at the store. They all fit perfectly in length now. I highly recommened this place. I went today to pickup my pair of pants that I had dropped off a few weeks ago for hem repair, and they lost my pants. I had the receipt but the lady at the counter kept insisting that I had picked it up earlier to cover up her incompentence.
