Once I bought a dress that I guess she missed wondered how I was able to get. Said it was her style. Couple other times I went tried to charge me more for items. The items were priced. I brought that to her attention. Last time I was in I believe I wasn't charged correctly. I had asked for a receipt she replied we don't provide them. I thought I saw some mold on something I bought I was looking at it and mentioned it. She grabbed it rang me up. When I arrived home indeed the item had mold . I was disappointed. Not only to know I guess when you work here you get priority to purchase items and about the attitude of the worker . It hasn't been just once. Everyone else is super sweet . Kinda disappointed. Parking can be a little struggle as it was pretty packed when we arrived. First off, right when I walked in I was greeted by the three amazing and very funny ladies. Especially the one behind the counter. She was a major hoot that we all got a laugh with. It makes the shopping experience way better. It's broken down into two different sides. The main being where there cashier is and the women's department. They also have a pretty massive selection with accessories, jewelry and shoes. Plus shoes were half off. The other section house more of the home wares stuff, trinkets, glassware, furniture, babies and men's. There were loads of dish ware. Its nice to see that the place was very neat and organized which is also a major plus when browsing through. Makes it more easy to pick something up without having to dig through piles. There's not a big selection for men and kids as it was mainly a little sections. But pretty extensive collection for chinas and crystals. Woman's had the entire section for clothing and accessories. The staff were all amazing and friendly. Such sweetheart and major dolls. Chatting with them was so fun. Found out that the money goes to different charities which makes the shopping experience more enjoyable knowing that you helped someways. I was glad to walk into a cute little shop.

Been dropping off donations at this location. Recently they changed their policy regarding…read morereceipts. You have to scan the QR code and sign up. However, by the time they send you a one time link to verify your email, it said account cannot be found. Tried to log in a few times and I gave up. Yesterday I dropped off more clothes and toys. I was told to scan the QR code and sign in. I was about to do it when the white lady standing on the side finally got a paper receipt. I went back and asked for a paper receipt. It's like pulling teeth from this girl who insisted I scan the QR code while she gave the other lady a paper receipt. Discrimination or outright rude? I told her I want my donation bags back so I can drop them off at another location. She then decided to give me a paper receipt! Those people have no good customer service. You're getting donations to sell so the least you can do is hire courteous workers!

The atmosphere here is just amazing--so peaceful, clean, and spacious! Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly, and you can really see how dedicated they are to their work. Just drive around to the back, and drop it off. Thought I also share, I scored an awesome globe. A kind soul decided it was time to pass it on, and I couldn't be more grateful when I asked. You're paying a bit more than you might at other places, but these items are cleaner and better curated for sure! They have a wide variety of items as well, and in all it was an enjoyable adventure. I was moving and searched for thrift stores on Google, which suggested this shop. But when I got there, it turned out not to be a thrift store at all. Everything here is completely brand new and unused. I bought an electric fan, a shoe rack, a rug, and a wagon at very reasonable prices, much cheaper than Amazon but with really good quality. On top of that, the store owner was very kind and friendly. He helped me carry everything out to my car since I bought quite a lot of heavy items. Will definitely be coming back many times!

I had 30 mins to browse & even ended up buying a brand new pair of pink Vans in my size & a pink thermal Vans sweater that almost perfectly matched! The selection is incredible. Most items are $9, and the shoes are $12. Cheaper than the thrift stores that call themselves high end (I found a lot of brands comparable to such a store), but also probably more expensive than Goodwill where you'll have to do some hunting. I attached photos of some of my favourite pieces. I don't often buy used or gently used clothing, but would DEFINITELY come back here to browse more.
