I went for an oil change with a mechanically sound vehicle....after the oil change my car would not start. Immediately they started saying it had nothing to do with them. After having the car pushed to a mechanic confirmed the car was not starting because the engine was "Dripping with oil" and was hydrolocked. After spending over $1,300 for my oil change and repair, Mobil1 Walnut Grove refused to accept the facts and provide any sort of compensation or reimbursement. I don't know how they can deny the facts. These humans are disgraceful and should not be allowed to run a business.

After I ask, they say they can have it in noon the next day. I go there at 1:00 pm the next day, am told the wrong filter arrived, and they wouldn't be able to get the correct one until Tuesday because of long weekend. 5pm the same day get a call saying the filter came in (which means they lied to me about receiving the wrong filter). Just before they about to start, he says it's going to be $171 plus tax! That's nearly $200 for an oil change and $32 more than I was told the day before. Guy says he doesn't know who I talked to the day before and that's the price.
