Now thats how we met this clown family.....We rented a Porsche from Moe with over a month out for are wedding...When I showed up it was covered is ice from the ice storm 2 days prior....Then the window was broken ....Come to find out it had been broken for a while and they have been renting it out...Now all this could of been a small thing that we talked about and worked out but nope...A young child handles the phones for any kinda of questions or issues and if you read the reviews you will see everyone talks about her...I assume she's moes daughter but no matter what you say or do it's your fault...The car was perfect when it left so it's all your fault...She accuses and argues and makes the whole experience a nightmare....After everything was said and done Moe's son admitted to me about the broken door/window and TURO refunded me after reading all the messages . Travis was my service advisor and he took great care of me. He was kind, friendly, and helpful. He treated me like a valued customer even though this was my first visit to this dealership. The dealership was very busy with other cars but amazingly, I was taken care of within 45 minutes and I was back on my way. They are very efficient and very customer service oriented. I am only out in Oklahoma for a few months, but I will definitely see Travis if I need additional service while I am in town. He was so easy to work with, and they topped off my fluids at no charge. Took my jeep in last week. Told them specifically what codes are showing, which all of the owner…read moreforums say is the clock spring. Jeep knows that they have an issue with the clock spring on this vehicle, which is why they extended the warranty on it to 15 years. They call me today and tell me that it is a fuse panel issue and that they can take care of it for $1800. Needless to say, I declined their offer. I go to pick it up and the write up confirms the codes I gave them and says that they recommend "replacing the TIPM then re-evaluate." They never even looked at the clock spring. On top of this, they charged me $165 to plug my vehicle into their computer and confirm the codes I already gave them. My vehicle ran for less than 5 minutes (I reset the mileage and engine time when I dropped it off) and then they "lost" it. Had to have one of the service guys drive around a different lot to find out where they had left it because they never brought it over after testing. And people wonder why no one trusts a dealership.
