We had a flood a few years ago, and our kitchen flooring needed to be replaced. We were on a budget with the insurance claim money, and our remodeling company recommended R&R Flooring. We chose LVP flooring from them which looked good for a few months, but then started having issues. Some planks were coming up in the corners, a couple places started showing large gaps between planks, it's doesn't lay flat in some places... We had R&R come out multiple times back then to look at it, but were told that with this type of flooring - they can't just replace certain planks - the entire floor would need to be redone. At one point they sent out the rep for the flooring product, but he said it appeared to be our own doing because we sit on bar stools at our counter and the stools put too much pressure on the floor (are you serious??)! Not to mention, we have multiple problems with the flooring in front of our stove as well. The last time we asked R&R to come out they super glued the corners of the flooring back down that were coming up, and said that is the best they can do. That fix didn't last long, and we're back to the same issues. We've had other flooring people take a look at it and have been told more than once that it looks like an installation issue. I was debating putting out this review, but every time I clean the kitchen floor I get so irritated when my mop gets caught on all the parts on our floor that are coming up or chipped. I felt like it was important for others to be aware of similar problems if they use R&R. It has truly been so disappointing. read more

We went to several places to get a small room of carpeting installed. Several of the other places we called, wouldn't even talk to us because it was a small space (12x10 feet). Walked into R-N-R and was treated like we had a million dollars to spend, even though it ended up being only a couple hundred with it installed the next day! I'm sending anyone that's asking for flooring to R-N-R to check them out. They even have a great selection of remnants they will install! read more

Walking in, the service was great and attentive. We choose this company because of a family referral after speaking to a few other companies, but I would not recommend them. While my flooring does look good, the condition of my home -- walls and baseboards -- was unacceptable. I hired professionals so that I would not destroy my own home. I was left with multiple baseboards that need to be replaced, an area on the new floor that is damaged, and holes in my walls and the company has told me there is no way they did this. I also had two floods in my home, while the team was here or after they had worked, and again they said they were not responsible. I will be spending almost as much as the floor cost to restore my home. We are in talks with the owner to resolve the issues, but there should have been no issues to resolve (at least to this extent) with how much money we spent to have professionals come in. I understand that things happen, it is construction but in the photos, these are only some of the areas of my home that need to be repaired after this team was in my home. read more

I've been going to R-N-R carpet for over 25 years. Working with Rob the owner has always been a posssitive experience. The staff has always treated me with kindness and have been great to work with. My niece needed new carpet in her house and was so pleased with the service and the price that she told my daughter to go there. Neither my neice or my daughter had any problems with scheduling the installation or the timeley matter in which carpet was installed. There were no hidden costs or any surprises in the bill. I need new carpet in my front room and will be going to R-N-R carpet. read more

Horrible. We put expensive laminate flooring in our entire house and stairs expect for two rooms downstairs that had newer carpet. The whole process was horrible. From ordering (mismatched items and told that is the best they have-which wasn't mentioned until after it was installed), installation (they tried to cancel the day they were supposed to start, boards cut too short, flooring items put in wrong spots or not put in at all, black marks and dings on walls in all the rooms, caulking done horribly, took 4 times longer that stated), yelled at and treated horribly (for insisting they fix all the screw up), threatened with collections (about 1 week after installation because I - yes I - wouldn't tell the owner what to charge me because of all the overcharges and screw ups). The whole process was horrible. I had to cover my stairs with stair carpet treads to hide the mismatched flooring. Yes, after spending thousands of dollars, I am covering up my stairs with carpet. Money well spent. I can't think of any other word to describe this entire experience but horrible. read more

Materials were great. Service & install was a nightmare. We paid a good chunk of change to get turf and carpet. We were gave a quote for turf + instal at almost $30k ($20k just for install which we did ourselves) however the turf was delivered 2 days later and we had to call multiple times to have it to us. We then weren't given enough turf & told that it was our fault yet they had the owner & another person out here to measure yet it was our fault? Then we have our carpet installed and they don't do our stairs up or down, so now we have had to call them again to see when they plan to finish the rest of what was agreed. Thankfully we haven't paid our bill yet but highly unimpressed with the service here. read more

DO NOT TRUST RNR OR "BRY THE TILE GUY" I had RNR instal some carpet in my home and everything went fine. So when I had a shower that needed to be re-done, I figured I would use them again. Except, this time, it did not turn out fine. First, the floor tile ended up with several lumps and waves. Second, the grout was starting to chip and fallout not more than a day after installation. Keep in mind, the shower was not being used. When I called RNR to tell them about the shoddy work, they told me it wasn't their responsibility because they "contract out the labor." Is that even a true statement? I signed the contract with RNR, I would think they would have some sort of responsibility. Lastly, I am writing this from Afghanistan. When i was finally able to get the owner of RNR to look at the bad work, I told him I was deploying soon, and didn't want to leave this on my wife because she'll have so many other things on her plate. This is by far the best place to shop for carpet or other flooring. We have an all wood floor in our home with carpet in the bedrooms. After 15 years and 5 children, it was time to change out the carpet in our master bedroom. Mr. Rock was extremely helpful in helping us make the tough choice between replacing it with carpet or wood flooring. Having a 95 pound goldendoodle with claws as sharp as a grizzly bear I was concerned about him scratching the new engineered wood. It's been a year and no sign of dog scratches on this awesome wood floor. We are so happy that we decided to replace our carpet with R&R wood flooring. We were so excited to work with R-N-R Carpet. We had a great review from a friend and so we went with them to do our basement. They were really great to work with. But we went downstairs and looking at our walls and they had broken the wall in two different places. We called to let them know and they said that it isn't their fault. Ha! You broke our walls!! Worst customer service ever. 20% of the tile we bought was broken. The carpet installer was rude and did a lousy job. He didn't like being called back to fix a gap between the carpet and the baseboard. You could see the subfloor. Who would leave a job like that? They couldn't get the invoice right. We went there several times to work it out, and sat for over half an hour while they were in the back room. When they finally got it right, they said they would send us an invoice. We waited, and waited, and waited. Then, without ever sending an invoice they started calling about a past due account. Even though they may have good pricing, it's not worth it. I have had carpet, tile and now wood done through RnR. They are great. I really appreciate the design team that helped me figure out colors that matched my paint/carpet in our new basement. They also put together an awesome tile back splash for me that matched my cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen. I decided to pull up tile and have engineered wood in my entry, formal room, kitchen and walk way through the family room and I absolutely love it. Over the last 10 years, R&R has basically re-floored my entire home. We love the carpet and the pad, which has held up well for 10 years. We also had them re-tile a bathroom. It turned out beautifully, and has been easy to clean. Most recently, we put wood flooring into our kitchen and front room. I am impressed with all the bangs and crashes the floor has taken, and still looks great. We did have a small problem with some trim after the floor was installed, but they said they would have someone right in to fix it. read more

This company is terrible! Buyer please beware! I thought that they would do a good job, but the product was old, poorly installed, and, worst of all, the billing statements were completely fraudulent. THEY OVERCHARGE ON EVERYTHING! Read your statements closely. Keep your records! It is nearly impossible to get through to them, to explain your complaint to them, to have anything you say or experience as a costumer to matter or mean anything. I wish so much that I had done more research and avoided this company. I am reporting them to consumer protection agencies now. Please keep this in mind: Those of you looking for an honest company and a quality product, look somewhere else. Take your business elsewhere. Poor selection, hard to work with, poor invoicing, and I feel like they are dishonest. Even my contractor is dropping them! STAY CLEAR!!!! Had only bad experience with them. I made an appointment with Janet, when I arrived there she had to leave, so I had to work with another person. When they pulled up my account to check on things nothing was written down and we had to start all over again. My first complaint: they order excess tile, more than needed for any measurement error or damage. Getting them to take it back required going to the owner. We only received half of what we paid for. I had to fight for statements and documentation for what was sent, ordered, and paid. This is hands down one of the most dishonest transactions I have encountered. Every time I called it seemed the numbers changed or "nothing was written down". Second: The way they invoice, they will NOT give you a cost per tile or sq ft--only the grand total. You cannot get a straight answer about what you are paying. Third: The way they bill. All bills were requested for the closing of our house. We closed on our house and 2 months later started receiving more invoices! After going over them we found that they were charging for the same room twice. I would tell everyone to stay clear of this business! read more

Worst place I have ever walked into. We are a 30 year military family and have bought and sold houses all over the U.S. and each home has had flooring replaced. We may have well had swastika symbols tattooed on our forehead because that is how we were treated. Pretty sure I heard a SNARL out of the blonde when we walked in. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Took them over 20 minutes to find our measurements and once they did knowledge of the product was ZERO. Once we chose our OWN product it took over 30 minutes to calculate just a portion of our order. While we were sitting twiddling our thumbs do you think ANYONE asked if they could get us anything, if they could help the poor girl who clearly had no idea what she was doing? NOT!!!!!! This place came highly recommended and we were so extremely disappointed. We wasted 2 hours of our time to finally walk out. We will NEVER go back nor will we EVER recommend this place. And their prices, what a joke. Sorry for interrupting your facebook time by walking in the door. Believe me it will never happen again and we still have an entire downstairs to floor. read more
