I had high hopes for this company as it was local. I called to get a estimate to see how much it will cut a tree down on my property. I spoke to a gentlemen on the phone and he agreed to come out the next day. Great. Upon arrival he quoted me $800 to take the tree down without the stump. At the time I assumed that was reasonable considering how big the tree was. We scheduled a day for them to come do it and he told me he will call me in a few hours to confirm time. Guess what? Based upon the other reviews I guess this isn't the first time he's done this. I never got no call or anything. Completely ghosted and didn't care whatsoever. I find it kinda ironic how this company has such a good Yelp rating but yet, is so unprofessional. I called another local tree service and they came out and estimated the tree. The quote I got was $450 without stump and $600 with the stump. Lesson learned, and this goes to anyone reading this and or considering this company for services. Don't count on them coming out on the day they are suppose to do the job, cause it seems like if the owner doesn't want to do it, he will just ghost you. I had my tree " laced" up that was a beautiful fruitless mulberry that had been done through the years. They chopped the ends and now I have lost the beautiful umbrella shade it provided. The didn't remove the cross branches and broke multiple items in the yard. I had to have them come back for some self plants that I had asked to take out and all were not done. He was reasonable and hauled off a lot of branches but the tree a year later looks awful. But you can't fix it and will take years if ever to be that beautiful special tree.
