My husband and I just bought a house in Covina and our inspector recommended we cut down the huge tree in our backyard that is beginning to compromise the foundation of our house. I want to start by saying this company was professional, clean and did a very good job. The owner seemed very nice and I like using them. The only reason I did not give a five star is because I really wanted the stumps removed completely which I thought was agreed apon in the beginning, well something happened and they were not able to use the equipment to remove them. I still have two rather large stumps in my backyard, yes at ground level but not what we hoped for. Yes I did agree over the phone to leave them after he said some reason, but I do not like confrontation with people and they did so good not messing up any power lines or anything. Looking to get some work done in the backyard. Called 4 different places to get estimates. Edwy messaged back on Yelp literally in less than 5 minutes, and scheduled to come out and look the next day. Gave me a price for the work that was less than 2 of the others who hadn't bothered to even come out. They came out to do the work 2 days later, arrived exactly on time. One of the projects was to remove a Bougainvillea that had been growing on our back wall since the dawn of time, and they really went after it. Not only clearing the plant and roots, but all the branches tangled up with surrounding trees, going above and beyond in my opinion. They also cleaned up EVERYTHING, including all flowers, branches and debris everywhere in the backyard (not just around the work itself).
