Richie came out the following day and provided an extremely detailed evaluation and estimate for the work. He was one of the only contractor that actually got up on the roof to inspect things. Yesterday we had additional issues and he showed up within 25 minutes. He got into the attic, documented and took photos of the issue and had a crew member on site within 2 hours completing the repair. If you are looking for honesty, reliability, and punctuality then these are your guys! I highly recommend them!

A remotely decent installer would know better than to put the screw a full foot from the end. And this person did it on both pieces. The piece of facia fell off my house. When I reached out to Elite they quoted me $400 to fix this absolute incompetent screw up of theirs. Also note: I returned home after work one day and their employee had already cut one piece off my house and was in the middle of cutting off another. When I asked him what he was doing, all he responded with was, 'easier' and went on cutting. I also caught an employee covering a piece of wood siding that had a hole in it. I said it's in the contract that you replace that wood. He did, but I'm sure only because I stood there and watched. This is one of 3 spots that was supposed to be fixed, and I'm guessing the others weren't as I wasn't there to ensure. Be wary of this company, they don't stand behind their work. Their work is shoddy at best. I never saw the owners come out to look the place over. They have a VERY limited warranty on labor, so even if you have a warranty on material, I would be willing to bet they'll gouge you on the repair work. I mean $400 to replace a piece of trim they obviously installed incorrectly. Go with a more professional company that stands behind their work.

Paragon will give you a fair price while still providing professional service and quality workmanship. They stand behind their work and make sure the job is done right. When I received a quote from Paragon everything was written up in a contract explaining the things they do and the the things they don't do. There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees. I was in the hospital when the day came to replace my roof but trusted these guys to make sure the job was done right. When I got home the roof looked amazing and when I had questions Brandon was happy to come back out and explain everything. If you need exterior work done, call these guys and you wont regret it.
