The nursery is beautiful, with a wide variety of Talavera pots, fountains, statutes, and beautiful plants. Everything is thoughtfully organized, making it easy to browse and find exactly what you are looking for. One of our favorite parts of the visit was their variety of Talavera pots. They add such a beautiful artistic touch and really complement any yard perfectly. What really made my visit stand out, though, was Yollie's help. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to answer all our questions, offered help, and made sure we left feeling confident about our purchase. Her friendly and approachable attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. If you are looking for quality plants, stunning Talavera pottery, and exceptional customer service, Casa Planta Nursery is it.

But their plants and flowers are all beautifully displayed and in a healthy state. Every once in a while they gave massive sales but for only a select few plants. I just love walking around and enjoying the lovely plantings. It feels like a free tour. But I do buy a few beauties every time I go. Definitely worth a visit. Oh! I can't forget to acknowledge the workers. All so knowledgeable and friendly.

Didn't even know such beautiful Bromeliads existed. Friends, these aren't Bromeliads you see in Home Depot or in a grocery store. This is a different world. Even if you are not planning on buying anything, just come here, walk around, and relax. The beauty will wash all your cares away.

These were the plants for us! We went to Sunshine Bromeliads because they offer a broad choice of plants from which to purchase. They have rows and rows of plants for $10 each - a better price than more commonly known nurseries! (They also have plants for $5 and $25 based on size and type.) The outdoor nursery has a huge area under a tarp for bromeliads that thrive in partial sun and another big area in the open for bromeliads that love full sun. Visitors can get design ideas from the garden area that has a bromeliad-lined koi pond, tree trunks festooned with bromeliad rings, clumping bromeliads used as ground cover, and bromeliads growing on fences, tree limbs, and in shallow rocks! The only thing more stunning than the hot pink, speckled purple, and striped leaves of the plants - or the multi-colored flowers from the bromeliad centers - is the customer service. This family-owned business is obviously a labor of love. We became fast friends with the owner and her family from the first time we visited (we've been back three times). During our visits they identified plants that would thrive in our yard. They always pack each plant for ease of travel. A few weeks ago the owner's daughter even gave me a tomato and pepper from her personal garden. And yesterday the owner gave hubby a birthday gift of a beautiful bromeliad in bloom! They speak English and Spanish and are open from 8 to 4 during the week and 10 to 3 on Saturdays. If you're like us, once you go you will rack your brain to think about where else you have room to plant more bromeliads! Hope you like the pics!

I'm honestly unsure how this nursery has a 4.5-star rating with so many good reviews, because our…read moreexperience was completely different. This was my first time visiting, and the place honestly looked like a disaster. It felt like an out-of-control jungle -- and not in a good way lol. Everything looked messy and poorly maintained. Grass and weeds were literally growing over and around the plants, and nothing seemed to be kept organized or presented nicely like you normally see at other nurseries. It didn't look like intentional, lush landscaping; it looked like everything had simply been left to grow out of control without anyone really taking care of the place. The parking area is also extremely small, and the whole property almost felt like we had walked into someone's backyard or house rather than an actual nursery. On top of that, there was basically no guidance or customer service. No one came over to ask if we needed help, explain where anything was, or help us choose the right plants. It pretty much felt like, "Just go to the back, look around, and pick whatever you want." I actually enjoy visiting nurseries and understand that they're naturally going to have dirt, plants, leaves, etc., but this was completely different. With a 4.5-star rating and SO many positive reviews, I genuinely don't get it. Maybe we happened to visit on a really bad day, but based on our experience, the reviews gave us a very different expectation of what this place would be like. Unfortunately, definitely not what we expected.

We really didn't have any specific game plan on what we were looking for, just were looking for some interesting plants at reasonable prices and the staff was so knowledgeable about each one and really gave us great advice on care and how/where to plant. We left with some alocasia's, vines, aroids and a few others. If you're going, plan to where closed toed shoes if you really want to walk the property and make sure to etch out an hour or two because there is so much to see.

We bought stone/rocks for our garden on *June 6, 2026*. Delivery was scheduled for Monday, *June 8*, but they showed up *June 9* instead. We asked the driver if we needed to move our car from the right side of the house. He said "no need." While backing out after dumping the rocks in our driveway, he stepped on a rock and hit our car. The driver got out, saw the damage, and told us "don't worry, we have insurance. I'll call the owner." He called, made us sign a paper "for receiving the rocks," and left. We called the next day. No answer. Day after that, nothing. My husband went to the store and they said the paper we signed waived them from ANY accident or damage to our property. They refuse to take responsibility. They even took the rock that hit the car -- looks like they tried to remove evidence. Luckily we have cameras and sent all footage to our car insurance, since their driver caused the damage while operating their truck. Unprofessional, dishonest, and shady business practices. Stay away if you value your property. Alba Arango
