Work began around that time but was not resolved until May 4th, nearly a month past the original deadline. Even at that point, the issues were significant: the entire right side of the car was not functioning correctly, the DSP inputs were configured wrong, and the speakers were installed in the wrong locations (higher-quality drivers belong in the front doors...). Scheduling delays, largely on DJ's end, pushed things to May 4th, at which point I sought a second opinion. The new shop walked me through the deficiencies in detail and made clear what had been done incorrectly, including a stripped bolt connecting the seat to the floor. Given that I had already paid a substantial sum for substandard work, they were professional and transparent throughout the process and had it done in two days.

My paint was in okay shape but definitely not prepared for TX heat so having it properly equipped to deal with the conditions was a must. Ceramic coatings can be DIY'd for cheaper, but without the proper tools or space to work in, your car is in much better hands with people like Alex and Eric. It's a worthwhile investment for your paint and the team at Caliwood make sure you walk out after your appointment with the resources you need to keep your paint in good shape going forward!

They were the only ones who said they could do the entire car including the hood as paintless dent repair. They were also able to start within a week instead of 6-8 weeks by the other body shops. My car looks brand new again. My husband and I had Matt put the car under lights and went over it with a fine tooth comb. They did all they said they would and in the time they said.
