H&M is located in the Cherry Creek shopping center. Most shoppers are familiar with this store for women, men and kids. Good quality with fair prices. I call them one and done meaning wear it one season and that's it. They seem to always have mark downs throughout the store. Dressing rooms are available with no one monitoring them. I did find a short skirt so it filled my retail therapy. Pay parking lot with valet. WiFi in the center. read more

This establishment once again fails in customer service and product knowledge. The only reason I come here is because they sometimes have clothing in collaboration with my favorite artist Keith Haring. Today I asked a sales clerk if they indeed had any Keith Haring articles. She at at first said no then she called someone and they said no. I did my own due diligence and looked myself. After a quick few minutes I looked in the other part of store I didn't look in and low and behold I found a shirt. I then told her where they were and she acted like she didn't care. This was one of the worst shopping experiences I've had--and I've had a lot! The H&M store in Cherry Creek Mall has put in "self serve" checkouts. Since I had a Visa gift card, I was directed to a desk with a single clerk. Her attempts to have the system accept my card were futile. I think if she had known to bypass the requested pin number, all would be fine. Her attitude throughout seemed to radiate sheer botedom; perhaps I disrupted her day. I ended up paying cash. My hope is that all H&M stores haven't gone this route. This is my very first Yelp review, so you know I wasn't very pleased. read more

This is definitely a smaller H&M but it does have good pieces. They have a bigger selection of jewelry at this location and shoes. The reason I have this a 3 is because of their costumer service, I went to try a couple of pieces at the dressing room and I have never felt so dismissed. The individual acted like I was bothering her instead of assisting me and when I asked if I could get help with a different size she did not look at me and told me I could go get it. The H&M inside Cherry Creek mall is CURRENTLY CLOSED. The security gates are down & there is a sign explaining they are closed until further notice. H&M's General customer service dept. was not aware of this closure when I called just a few minutes ago. I have no idea if this is a Covid, or unrelated, closure. read more

This H&M always has something good to offer. I recommend popping in whenever you're in the mall!

Let me start by saying, I love H&M! However, my most recent visit was less than favorable. I grew up in Texas, but my family use to go to California every summer. Texas use to not have H&M's, so when we went to California I would always make sure to visit the store. In my mind it was always the hip, modern, sleek store that I wish we had in Texas. I recently moved to Denver and went to the H&M here, and was disappointed. I loved the clothes still, and the prices/sale was amazing, even though they were out of my size for two items I wanted. The dressing rooms were the biggest reason for my unpleasant experience. They were so hot because of the lights beeming down on you, so dirty you could see dust bunnies on the ground, and they had curtains that made it easy to see inside between the curtain and the wall. The last thing that was a little annoying, is that they were obviously understaffed that day. When I first walked into the store the line was ridiculously long, and when I was ready to check out, it was still too long. Still love H&M, but was really discouraged by this store in particular. Some sweeping goes a long way. read more

I am a fan. Good styles, good prices and good service.

After my many years of shopping at H&M, I've found I either love *everything* or *nothing.* Which makes coming in every few months a surprise. Will I find a new piece? Or have to wait another few months before something palatable arrives? Depending on how you look at it, it can be a good thing, really. I've found many good pieces from H&M, many have last years upon years. And of course, as you would no doubt guess from a discount retailer, many pieces that fall apart after a few months. You get what you pay for! But overall, I love H&M and the styles offered. And I dig this location! I've found it to be easier to navigate than the Pavilions store and with a wider selection. It's definitely one of my favorite stores! read more

I love this H&M more than the location that is in downtown Denver. Staff is friendlier and they seem to have a better selection of the type of clothes that I am looking for. Only downside is they never seem to have the fitting rooms on the mens side of the store open so you always have to walk all the way to the back if you want to try something on which gets a little annoying when you make a couple of trips. H&M always has something to purchase. I love coming here but my wallet does not. The prices are not to bad though. This visit I was especially impressed by the service I received. A sales consultant names Shani(I think thats how you spell it) was like a personal shopper for me. Not only did she recommend new items but searched for my sizes all over. It's a little confusing when your hours state you're open until 8 pm but you turn people away before 8 pm... went here yesterday (May 21st, Saturday) and was turned away at 7:55 pm. As I was walking in, ready to give you guys my business, an employee started sprinting towards me stating "we're closed". I proceeded to ask "what time do you close?" He said "8 pm". I said "oh, well it's 7:55, it's not 8." And he proceeds to tell me that he has to turn me away because I wouldn't be able to make it to the register before 8. Meanwhile, this whole time he's chewing on a sucker. It was unprofessional on all levels. I understand it can be frustrating for employees to get customers coming in minutes before close, I've worked in retail myself. However, in my time in retail, I would've been fired if I turned someone away before the actual closing time. 8 pm means 8 pm. That means you stop letting people in at 8 pm, not 7:55. read more

So, I went here to buy some clothes, etc. the other day. When I went to pay, the associate checking me out was having some trouble with the security tags. Being in retail myself, I know that this sometimes happens so I just smiled and waited. I wasn't really paying attention so I just assumed he got the security tags off at some point. However, when I got home, I realized he had just left the security tags on and put the clothes in the bag when I wasn't looking. So, I had to cut the security tags off myself, which wasn't difficult because of the kind of material... but still, what horrible customer service! Instead of doing his job or asking for help, he just stuck me with the problem. As as sales associate at a different store, I would never think to do that to someone. read more

Styles are ok. Clothing appears like what it is - cheaply made from inexpensive fabrics. Came shopping with my daughter and ran into their "only one person to a dressing room" policy. Stupid. I have to say, I'm a big fan of this H&M. I've managed to dig up some amazing things on mark-down, and the selection is pretty great all around. Unfortunately, you have to do a few laps to really soak it all in, but it's worth it if you have the time. read more

I love this store, but it was almost unreal how I was treated when I went there earlier this evening. I walked in and attempted to ask a young guy for help. I asked him if he knew if they had more of a clearance item (which I know is basically what you find is all there is, but maybe they had some up front or in the dressing room or something that someone else didn't want) OR if he knew of a similar style of pant, all I was offered was "Uhm, no it's clearance." then he WALKED AWAY. No "Let me know if I can help with anything else" or " i'm so sorry but maybe i can help find something else for you". I later asked the same associate if I can get a dressing room and again, "This one's closed, the only open one is that one over there." And he started walking behind him because I assumed (like good customer service WOULD be) that he was leading me to them. Of course, I was wrong and he went into the back room. What a joke. The cashier was rude also, didn't say "Hi, how are you?" All I got after he basically slammed the receipt on the counter was a "You need to sign here." and that was it. As a retail manager at another successful retail chain, I would NEVER allow my employees to treat our guests like this. Managers need to reevaluate how they train their employees at this location. read more

I actually was a big fan of H&M until I found out that you cannot return anything purchased online in the store. I've never shopped anywhere that doesn't allow you to return online purchases in the store, that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. This was my first time ever purchasing pants from H&M and I bought two pairs online that were too small, so I wanted to exchange them for a larger size in the store. You can imagine my surprise when the checkout girl told me they do not exchange anything from the online store, in store. I'm being totally inconvenienced. I have my original packing slip but the large box that the shipment came in I threw away so now I have to go out of my way to buy a box so that I can send a pair pants back just to be exchanged which will take weeks when there's an H&M store 20 min away from my house! I won't waste my time shopping online with H&M ever again and honestly I probably won't ever shop at H&M again period. read more

I purchased some clothing today but two of the items rang up at the normal (not sale) price. I noticed as I was walking away and went back to the clerk. She looked at the receipt, started ringing up the next customer, and then called the manager over. They proceeded to finish with the next customer while I was waiting and then had to do a return and then re-ring the items. Nobody ever once apologized for the screw-up or making me wait. Unfortunately, one employee ruined me for what used to be one of my favorite stores. I went in on a Saturday, so they were obviously busy, and before I waited in line at the fitting room, I wanted to try on a blazer in front of the mirror. So I hung the clothes that I was going to take to the fitting room on a rack so that I could quickly try on the blazer. I felt like it was pretty obvious what I was doing since I was standing in front of the mirror taking the blazer off of the hanger. An associate came over and snatched my clothes off of the rack next to me and told me there's a system. I told her I just wanted to try on the blazer and she said there's a fitting room in the back. So I had to explain to her that there was a line at the fitting room and I just wanted to try on the blazer. Also that I needed the clothes back that she had snatched away. She rudely told me that someone was going to put them away if I hung them on the rack I was standing next to. I'm not sure how or why that would happen if I was standing right next to the rack, but...she was rude enough that she ended my shopping experience and I really don't feel like going back. Even if what she was trying to tell me was correct, there's a polite way to say it. Might I mention that I heard her a few minutes later talking to another employee about how a guy that works there is slow (in terms of ringing people up or putting clothes away, I wasn't clear which). read more

One of the two girls (the one with the shorter curly hair) that was a cashier on 12/2 around 8:30pm said she would put two pants that I really wanted on hold until the next day for me. So I sent someone to pick them up for me today, the sales representative that helped said those pants were not on hold and they had nothing under my name. I used to love this H$M and always thought they had great people working for them but as I found out today, the truth is far from that. If you're not gonna put something on hold, don't tell your customers you're gonna do it. That's terrible customer service. read more
