Fast fashion and not well made. Staff is indifferent. Definitely not what they used to be. Maybe just this location but I'm thinking not.

I wasn't the biggest Dan of this H&M. My friend and I passed by on our way to another store. We were looking for kids clothes, and it seemed like they had a good price on 2 for 1 basics. However, upon heading to the front of the store, they told me that the discount wouldn't apply as one of my items was already on sale. It was really bizarre because the sale was still not as good as their 2 for 1 claim. The worker asked me to pick up another item, but it resulted in a similar issue. She was incredibly short and rude with me when I tried to ask her about the details of the deal. It was definitely a bit of a scam, and I wouldn't put it past a fast fashion company to do something like this. read more

I always find good selection at this store. And the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

To start, I understand that they are short staffed and during the week need to close at 6pm. Came after 6pm to return something unaware of the time change, but saw the sign and understood because I also work retail. So knowing this information I left work early the next day to return the item, only to get to the store at 5:45pm and the doors were already locked. Customer walking out looked very unhappy and told me they were already closed. What this tells me is the employees are lazy and can't perform their basic jobs properly. If you need to shorten your store hours then at least stick to those hours so paying customers can actually buy from your store. Horrible experience and will no longer be shopping with H&M. read more

Dear H&M: This is why I buy at Amazon. You push a button. That's it. Today, I took my 13-year-old daughter to your Cool Springs galleria store. She picked out five Tee-shirts. I waited in the checkout line. And waited. And waited. There were two clerks. But one of them was busily putting stuff on hangers from a prior customer's return. She asked me how I was doing. I told her I was tired of waiting. I said that if you have customers in line, waiting to give you their money, you should take it. She said "that's our procedure. " Let's see. Cash in a customer's hand, just waiting to be taken. Or hanging up returned stuff? Here's a thought. Make a new procedure. Customers waiting in line have priority. Over everything. I know it's a complicated proposition. But think about it. I turned around as we were leaving and noticed that there were about 20 people in line at that point. All waiting. It was a Saturday afternoon. There were plenty of people working in the store. But only two at the check-out. Do I like to see stuff before I buy it? Sure. Do I like to make sure that it fits? Sure. But I like to wait less than I need to see stuff and try it on. Kmart. Sears Holdings. And the list goes on. Top retailers, at one point the very best, biting the dust. Your store has a lot going for it. Fashionable merchandise at a great value. But I'm giving you a one star because I don't like to wait unnecessarily. My time is too precious. I guess I'll just keep pushing that Amazon button. read more

Is there one were I can give it no stars? Jeeze, I have wasted too much money on this store in hopes that I could wash their clothes the right way and they'd not shrink and fit. Nope it's not that, just any water touching them will ruin your clothes from H&M. Terrible material, terrible business. Just wasted 50$ on 4 shirts I just bought. Man there are some REALLY petty and self entitled reviews for this H&M location. I'm guessing none of the reviewers have worked retail or even know how it feels to have to constantly smile and act nice for heartless bastards who, GOD FORBID, have to stand in a line once in a while. Personally I have no qualms with this location or Opry Mills. You get good clothes and the styles are fairly fashion forward. Can't really get that elsewhere here in the south. read more

Love this store! The last two times I was there i was helped by a blonde girl named marabelle (?) She was super sweet and spent 10 minutes with me helping me find the exact outfit I needed for an event. 10/10 on the customer service, they're all so cute and helpful. The clothes are youthful and keep me looking my real age of 22 ;) but the music has to go, I never spend more than 15 minutes in the store and I hear the same dang songs every time, like one where a girl just keeps singing that she used to be hungry then ate a banana? I can't even imagine how the poor employees feel. read more

I don't know if it's a Nashville thing or an H&M thing, but both this location & the Opry Mills location always just has ONE cash register open. Usually one person working it as well. And this isn't during the middle of a weekday or something, but on a busy weekend. I stopped in on a Saturday to get a jacket & had to wait about 15 minutes to checkout. I know the clothes here are reasonably priced, but can't you hire a few more staff members? I saw a few that were putting random items away while I waited. The men's section has a register that I've never seen open. read more

The store is awesome and I don't know if it just caters to females but the guy section had no help and the male fitting room was roped off. The staff in the female fitting room were terrible and intimidating. Sad to see this in a new store read more

I love this store! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful, but not too helpful where it's obnoxious. They don't always know where things are, but hey I get it. It's a big store and things are constantly moving around for different seasons and new trends. If you have ever worked in retail you'll understand. They are very helpful at the register and also fast and efficient. People don't give them enough credit. The majority of my wardrobe is from H&M and I have never had a problem with items fading or shrinking in the washer and dryer. The store is usually very clean, sometimes it gets a little messy on busy days, but they can't stop customers from throwing things on the ground and messing everything up. I feel like they are constantly cleaning up after the customers. Alot of the customers need to learn some manners and has some self respect. And they need to know how to treat things with care, ESPECIALLY if you DON'T OWN THEM. I LOVE this store. Definitely check them out!! read more

Jessica the manager is extremely rude. After waiting in line for twenty minutes an employee came and took all of the people from the back of the line and opened a new register and started helping them before the people who had already been waiting for twenty minutes. When I complained she said that she needed to keep the line moving so that's just the way it goes. No apology, extremely poor costumer service.
