I was never turned down from another vendor because we always would go Asheville Rental you can tell it has new management since we have done business there. the manager and some of the staff were rude and not helpful. I really should have read the reviews 2. They never called and pleaded with me to cancel the outing. The next time I heard from them was on Thursday when they came to set up that was to tell the installers to take the tent down 3. When it came to the inflatables we had to drop cords available one orange and one yellow three prong cords. They never used them because it took a while to take down the tent. the inflatables were put in place but they never inflated then. 4. On Saturday they showed up to set up the equipment. We had no power limbs all over the ground and puddles of water everywhere. 5. I told them there was no way the we could have the gathering due to the conditions stated. 6. As for the inflatables I cannot control what God has in store for. us. it was his will for the hurricane to come and it did. if the inflata led were ruined it was not my fault. 7. As for as him being there he was not. We went on a Monday we saw the MANAGER. SHE WAS IN AND SHE WAS RUDE. She told us we had been serviced before and the Saturday when they came out 8. That's a bargain, especially when the tools needed are one time use and expensive. This is all volunteer run, so be nice to the people behind the counter and take time to book your tool online from the website before you arrive so that you're sure to get it. No renewals week after week and there are late fees that accrue, so be cognizant of the time rules. You might also consider volunteering to help this organization that helps so many. Don't want to work with the public? Stand at the back bench and fix some tools or accession some of the donated tools into the system. Great idea. Great people. Great organization. Keep it going with your donations.

Thank you Party Reflections!…read more Over the weekend I hosted my Bridal Shower. The party was a total success!!! I invited 12 guest. I worked with Lindsay Martin before she left the company. I measured all the rooms on the first level of my house. During my appointment I brought a mood board, along with a guest count of 30ppl. Lindsay was Soooooooo helpful!!! Of course I wanted a large number of people for a luncheon: After reviewing my measurements, Lindsay informed me that I wouldn't have enough room to set the tables like I wanted. So we played with a few options (Tables, seating etc) I decided to invite only 12 people...which worked perfectly. Next step was linens, I LOVED The pink and white Chevron. Which they custom ordered to fit the tables. I also ordered 5Satin Pink Table Clothes and 12 White padded chairs. Delivery: I was informed they would deliver between 8am-5pm On Thursday. Three Gentlemen arrived at 10am to deliver everything. They were very professional. I cleared both rooms to make things easier....They offered to set the tables up. Brought the linens inside on hangers in a clear garment bag. I was so exited to set everything up!! All the lines were in Perfect condition! Of course I steamed the wrinkles out.
