What a disappointment! They have lots of cheapo cigars that you can buy at Cigars International-- lots of bundles -- but the 3 sticks I bought cracked, were brittle and tasted stale. It that's not bad enough, the lounge was a small office like room with 10 office chairs and 2 ashtrays sitting on a dining room table. Very uncomfortable and weird setting.

They have an area in the back where you can smoke if you'd like. But the lounge with the tv's, kitchen, pool tables, and card tables are for members.... Unfortunately, I wouldn't have the time to sit back there if I did want to pay for the membership... The owners are great and accomodating... They're open seven days a week also....

Everyone there from the staff to the members were really friendly and inviting and willing to help with any questions . They also have a bar in the members lounge with a bartender and plenty of seating. It was a really cool place to sit and relax while enjoying a cigar or two. The membership to me was pricey at $600+ a year however, if you're into the cider seen heavy and live close enough it maybe be worth it to inquire and stop by. Always support your local businesses!

No greeting, no hello, just "What do you want" in an accusatory tone. I was ready to leave in the first 5 seconds. No invitation to look around no talk of cigars, sports, or weather. He just asked how much I want to spend. And then proceeds to tell me he has nothing like that which I buy from other cigar shops every month. As though I'm wasting his important time. No upsell, no invitation to consider something else... Just "I don't sell that" So I drove down the street and spent $100 somewhere else vowing that I'll never go back to that dump.

Today, December 27th I went in to purchase another bottle of juice and the women working the counter rung me up for $26 dollars and some change, if I haven't mentioned the 26th the "Pod Juice Freeze Rocket Pop" I purchased was $18.99, when I went in the 27th the same brand new flavor was like I mentioned $26. Do not shop here. Everything is sold as-is. I bought a defective product from them and they would…read morenot replace it. Here's the long version. I bought a vape at Tobacco Outlet. It worked fine when I bought it, but it stopped working after a few days. Won't charge, nothing lights up, it's just a brick. I wasn't too worried. Every vape shop I've ever dealt with has allowed me to exchange defective items. So I go back to Tobacco Outlet expecting an easy exchange, but nope. Even after the guy working there confirmed that the device was indeed nonfunctional, he refused to offer an exchange. I was told that I could purchase a replacement at a 25% discount (+tax). Obviously, I found this unacceptable. I spent quite a while trying to explain to this guy how this was not a good business practice, and that his competitors will all happily exchange a defective item. I even called a few while I was in the store to confirm (Most have a 30 day policy, one was 14 days) After some debate, I finally agreed to purchase a replacement, but not at the originally quoted price. We negotiated for a while and I got him to sell me the device for $2 less than his cost, no tax. He actually had the nerve to complain that he was coming out of his pocket. Duh, dude. If you have to come out of your pocket to do right by your customer, then that's what you do. I also tried to explain to him that he shouldn't be coming out of his pocket at all, because he can ask his vendors to credit him for any defective product they sell him. How is he a retailer and he doesn't know that? Tobacco Outlet is a poorly-run business that doesn't treat it's customers with respect. Do not shop there.
