I've been a cigar smoker for 20 years, about one per day, and I've shopped all over but I had never been to Heritage. Honestly I've never been treated so poorly. No greeting, no hello, just "What do you want" in an accusatory tone. I was ready to leave in the first 5 seconds. No invitation to look around no talk of cigars, sports, or weather. He just asked how much I want to spend. And then proceeds to tell me he has nothing like that which I buy from other cigar shops every month. As though I'm wasting his important time. No upsell, no invitation to consider something else... Just "I don't sell that" So I drove down the street and spent $100 somewhere else vowing that I'll never go back to that dump. read more

I took a trip to Marlton NJ and had time to kill so I googled cigar Lounge and this place popped up, WOW GREAT Cigar shop.. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile and hello, I ventured into the walk in humidor and I was happy with the fine top shelf selection.. They carry all the premium brands as well as some nice hidden gems from years gone by... I purchased 3 fine cigars and was shown the back lounge and given a tour of the Members only lounge as well... I have to say I was very happy watching Michigan football and just relaxing with my cigar, I stayed and smoked 2 cigars... Very friendly shop well maintained and clean I highly recommend this shop if you are in the area. read more

I have been going to Heritage for quite some time now. As a novice, I am always interested in learning about new cigars. Every staff member is so helpful! As a woman and a novice it can feel a little intimidating, but not here. Not only are the staff and owners awesome even the members are great! I've recently started to take advantage of their "open houses" and can't be more thrilled. I joined as a member two weeks ago and am beyond delighted that I did. The members lounge is amazing. 24/7 access, a locker, a percentage off of all purchases, plush seating, a great ventilation system, all the drinks you want in the back with a communal fridge, a K-cup maker, and 6 TVs with anything you want to watch. I bring my laptop and get quite a bit of work done. Even if you don't want to be a member, there is a separate lounge area where you can relax with your smoke in just as much of a comfy area. There's a great selection of cigars, and the staff is fantastic. Don't pass this up. read more

As a cigar enthusiast, I gravitate to shops whose staff are knowledgable and whose humidors are clean and well-stocked with premium brands I smoke or might explore in the future. Ed, Casey and everyone else are welcoming and host not only manufacturer events but also special nights like a recent beer tasting/pairing session. Not only do they carry a ton of premium cigars (Fuente, Padron, Ashton, My Father, Tatuaje, L'Atelier, LFD, Illusione, Drew Estate) but they also stock a nice selection of accessories including cutters, lighters, ashtrays and personal humidors. Heritage is one of a few shops in the area that I'll recommend to smokers (new or old) and trust that they'll have the same great experience that I have enjoyed. read more

Heritage is an excellent cigar shop. I've been a patron here for nearly 20 years since the days when it was Hemingway's Cigar Shoppe. It was always great but after the previous owner Vinnie passed away, the new owners really revamped it and greatly improved the business. There are two luxurious, indoor smoking lounges in the back with plush leather seats and large flatscreen TV's. The first is open to the public. The second I believe is reserved for paying members and offers a little more. I have never once bought a cigar here that was dried out or exhibited any other problems. The humidity is perfectly maintained and the selection here is also excellent. If you have any questions, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are happy to make recommendations if you're not sure what to get or if you just want to try something new. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll be happy to order it for you. If you frequent the shop, you can be included in their system to rack up points toward free cigars or merchandise and be notified about special events. This program has been beneficial and they've never bombarded me with unsolicited junk mail after signing up so I believe it's worth doing. Comparatively speaking, this is the best cigar shop in the area. To match service and selection like this, you'd have to go to Holt's on Walnut St. in Philadelphia. read more

Great cigar shop with unbelievable selection! Owners and staff are all very helpful and very knowledgeable. I really enjoy going over to relax in the back lounge with a truly great cigar and just chill...very comfortable. My only problem at times is what to smoke as the selection is so varied...prices are very reasonable too. You can't go wrong at Heritage...check it out ! read more
