I started banking here in November still don't have a card, waited last week on the phone for an 1hr and 15 minutes for Larry to get on phone treating me like a bother to wait to on. To talk to a new manager and for Leslie to seemed stress when nobody at this bank can help me with anything. They are rude, unprofessional, and gave chase a really bad name in my eyes.
