They charged me $60 to "diagnose the problem" (Duh, I needed the keyboard replaced. They quoted me $350 to replace the keyboard, I had already done all work, and it would take about 15 minutes to replace the keyboard, It was INSULTING and ABSUREDLY expensive. This place is a TOTAL RIP-OFF. Don't waste your time or money.

I found them in town and called them at noon Monday. 23 hours later, before noon Tuesday, I picked up my machine with a new cooling unit installed. And they had to order the part! During their first visit all of our apprehensions melted away in the wake of a staff of extremely proficient, polite, dilligent, caring and professional cleaners. Their attention to details like: getting the nose paint( we have 3 dogs) off our glass doors is very impressive. They tackle the little extras that we didn't ask for just because they noticed them.
