I've been using H&R Block online for years. This month, I received a letter from the IRS so I made an appt online with the office here in Bonney Lake. My appointment was with Tarrah. She is kind and very familiar with the letter I received. She reviewed the docs I brought and said she'd get to work asap and investigate. She called me later that day and asked I come in to review. i've used H&R Block for more years than I can count. This year my tax situation changed a bit and I had a very basic tax return. I decided to use , paid the extra so that my W-2s would be automatically downloaded and I'd have help if I was audited, etc., so I go through the online system my return was complete, off to the IRS and a few hours later I get a message saying it's been rejected. The IRS rejected it because information that was entered was incorrect. H&R Block entered that information with my downloaded W-2s. So they made the error. Apparently nobody at H&R Block can help me. Not anybody at one of their stores and not anybody in the chat for the online filing can't do anything about it. So much for the H&R Block guarantee so now I'm on my own to try and navigate how to fix this situation. Never again H&R Block I'm moving on. read more
