They reviewed past tax returns and were quick to provide a quote but then when I emailed for clarification several times I received no response. Felt like I could not hire a company where it was virtually impossible to get a timely response and that includes the individual who apparently owns the company and who after several days sent me an email but didn't respond to my response

He offers a discounted rate for an intensive real estate weekend conference, stating that it can be used at any time and that the rate applies to any future conference. However, what they don't disclose is that you'll be charged additional fees each time you transfer or reschedule the conference weekend. Because of this lack of transparency, I feel the offer was misleading, and I would have to give the company a lower rating. I had to let go of the weekend I purchased, for $400, because I didn't wanna be charged $50 each time to transfer it to the next conference when I could finally afford to go. Unfortunate situation. I guess for me it feels more about the money they are making, and not about helping me become the best agent I can be.
