First, it took almost a month for my taxes to be completed…read more They were incorrect in many ways to the point we had to make an adjustment in the office the day I was supposed to sign them. This should have been my first clue of incompetence. Then I receive a bill in June from the MD Comptroller's office stating that I owe more than what was filed on my taxes. When I bring this to Joye and her teams attention. I don't hear from them for weeks. She goes on vacation for three weeks with no follow up response from the Comptroller's office. Now I am past my deadline for payment and will have to pay additional late fees. AVOID this business at all cost. They do not know what they are doing. In addition, effective, and timely communication with sensitive matters are not a priority.
