I uploaded it and asked if we could meet and he told me to schedule a phone call with his assistant first. Karen scheduled it and said he would call me at the appointed time, when he didn't call, I emailed him and he then called and said he "never looked at his calendar". Then he asked for access to my QB and to send my 1099s, SS etc. I did that and also uploaded all my personal, home office expenses in an excel workbook. I asked again for a meeting, he said he would do a preliminary return and then we could talk. When I looked at the return, there were some errors, but mainly because he did not understand my business and previous tax filings. I asked again for a meeting so we could go over things and if I should do something differently, fine. But he asked to do it over the phone. I said, no, I really wanted the chance to meet and talk. I received an immediate email response saying he was "terminating" any business relationship with me. I was shocked, I couldn't believe how unprofessional! I will report him to the BBB. Shocking, if there was "0" stars that's what I would give.

He later then advised, that his account had gotten hacked and he didn't have funds, after several months of contacting the IRS, I still have yet to have my taxes from him, I am just seeking my full money at this point, every day and every week when I call he tells me that there is no update on these taxes. IRS confirmed that this case has been closed, I would love a resolution to this matter as soon as possible. Rizwan, I am please seeking my refund as soon as possible. I believe a police report was done on this and 20 other people got impacted.

First, regarding price, it was almost 3 times more that what I've ever paid at any HR Block, Jackson Hewitt's, and private CPA's. Secondly, regarding being misleading; the owner, Shamma, is quite misleading when telling you to come in for a free estimate. I had called their office to get an estimate over the phone and was told to just come in for a free estimate and that they would look over my taxes and then give me an estimate at that time. Well, upon arrival the owner just proceeded to do my taxes. Initially, I wasn't sure if she was reviewing them to give me an estimate, but after about 15 mins I realized I had been duped and that I was not going to get an estimate and that she was actually filing the entire return. I felt tricked and I thought...just let it go, I guess I don't really need an estimate. Finally, after she completed my taxes, she finally told me the charge it would cost me. SHOCKING!!!! RIP-OFF!!!! I have no idea if that was the free estimate or if she was just telling me what I owed her, but it was an uncomfortable situation that I was put into. I was not about to say no thank you, I don't want to pay you for the last 20 minutes you spent doing my taxes, so I just paid her. I don't like being mislead. If you're going to give me an estimate, give me an estimate before you do all the work and have me sit there while you do it. I felt tricked by their office. This deliberate strategy of just get the customer in for a free estimate and then stick it to them, is not good business. Yes, you'll get the customer once, but never the same customer again! And word of mouth is huge...expect I'll be telling this story to everyone I know. I would not recommend using their service and will definitely never use them again!
