All she did was file an extension and then give us a termination of her services all because we wouldn't pay her an additional $10k for unaudited financial statements that were requested when we hired her. According to her she never agreed to this and thus she had "no time" to do them. I would NEVER recommend her and think anyone using her should be very careful of what she's advising you to do, beware you will probably get audited.

Here I am! Everyone happy?) 7) Then I told them I had a new accountant, and they sent me an offboarding checklist that literally includes the line: "Future Support: Take Note of Whom to Contact If Assistance is Needed: [CRS Accountant Name] [Insert Email Address Here]." In other words, I have no idea to to contact or how to reach them. ...This is completely in line with the communication I received throughout my time there, and a perfect capstone to my experience.
