I went here last year to do my taxes because of an inheritance that I wasn't sure how to file. The…read moreman, Steve Turnak, was incredibly rude and off putting during the entire time he was doing my taxes. At one point I had a document on my iPhone. He wouldn't let me email it to him so that it could be printed (he claimed that's not allowed, but JH was having hands free taxes due to Covid where you could email in your taxes.‍). Then he got huffy when he couldn't figure out how to use an iPhone. Then a woman came in who had an appointment (she'd rescheduled it to that date). It didn't show up on his computer and he got very huffy with her. Turns out they hadn't rescheduled her appointment like they were supposed to. He still made her come back on a different day. The entire time he spent talking down to me and acting like I'd just ruined his day by daring to come in and have him do his job. Then, to top it all off he charged me $400.00! My brother had the same thing done at the place he goes and was only charged $175.00. Suffice it to say, I'm never going back here or recommending them to anybody. You'd think with the rise in people doing their taxes on TurboTax, that they'd try a little harder. Guess not.
