I was told to return with identification to file my return via mail, which I did. A while later I accessed the H&R Block website, and found wrong information on my return. I called H&R Block and was told that they had no way to access records, and that the IRS won't even look at my return until later in the year. Basically I have was dumped, with no advise, help, or remedies for the issue. What I'm trying to determine is whether someone is using my identity or it was a simple error by H&R Block, another taxpayer or the IRS. I'll not be using H&R Block in the future.
