Christa quickly organizes the info for me and quickly completes my taxes. She's great! It convenient and easy for me. I have owed a couple times and Christa fills out the return envelope and patiently and clearly explains what I need to do. Also, gave me advice on how to adjust my withholdings to not get hit with such a high tax bill. I really appreciate her and have no hesitation in recommending her and Jackson Hewitt. Even though I have moved further away from this Walmart, I still return there. It's still convenient.

Then we started having ceiling leaks (which ALLSTATE ADJUSTER SAID WE "HAD NO PROBLEMS with our roof"). Fast forward 2 months, one of the areas that had leaked caved into one our bedrooms after a heavy snow. We asked them for an estimate, ALLSTATE CANCELED my policy. We were under a financial dark cloud. My real estate business was a bust (2008) and we were down to one income. I had them 25 years. Since then weve fixed some of the leaks ourselves and got another insurance company. NATIONWIDE replaced our roof the first couple of months we had them. Sadly, they did cancel is a while later, I think we missed 1 too many payments. But kudos to NATIONWIDE FOR CLEANING UP ALLSTATES responsibility. I swore by Allstate for years, then again rarely used them. Not sure if this was a corporate decisions on the local offices call, but I am not a fan, I wouldn't count on them if you REALLY need help.
