Also, I received a letter from the IRS that stated I owed interest and penalties because my return wasn't sent in on time from Metcalf and Hodge. I took the letter to Metcalf and Hodge and they said to not pay it that there were a lot of people with the same letter and they would fix it. Well they didn't fix it and the IRS sent it to collections. Lastly, the communication is horrible! They don't communicate with each other or with me. When you do finally get a hold of someone they have plenty of excuses but never get anything done. I've since switched to an accounting firm that cares and communicate.

They also told me they were glad I came in because there were more savings and discounts that they could help me find to get the best deal for my coverage. I am happy and have changed my mind on how it is I buy my insurance, and with who. I now will know who I'm speaking to when I call, it will be Richard, Judy or Shannon, and they too know who I am. That's pretty cool.
