Terrible experience waited over an hour just to be turned away. Incredibly disappointed. I waited for over an hour to get my taxes done, only for them to tell me they couldn't help me and turned me away. Complete waste of time and zero respect for their customers' schedules. Avoid this place if you actually want to get things done. read more

Chris Johnson was one of the worst people I have every worked with in any capacity, not only was he rude and short tempered, he literally walked away from our phone call after getting frustrated, saying "I'm done" and failing to explain a specific tax code adequately. Completely absurd that a tax rep like Chris refuses to do his job and provide clarity to clients as to why they are not getting a full return! read more

I sent a request through their online form after business hours, and I had a response at 8 AM the next day. I met with Justin, and he was friendly and professional. I told him I had had a bad experience in the past with an accountant charging me hourly and ending up with a huge bill. He agreed to give me a set price and told me about it up front. No hidden fees. I got him my paperwork about 3 weeks before the deadline, and he had everything done within a week. He called with bad news-I owed a TON of money, but he did a great job of helping me find things that I could expense that I missed. He helped reduce what I owed by about a quarter.
