Before I went and picked up my undone taxes I called this business. Talked to the receptionist which was rude. She told me we will call you when your taxes are complete as if I was interrupting. What a waste of three weeks. I'm taking them to a professional CPA with good communication skills. I have definitely seen it all. SMH

When I called to dispute the amount, they then created a new invoice with the higher amount listed and claimed that the other thing they sent was was sent "in error." Not a huge deal financially, they just charged me $25 more than the original invoice, but their unwillingness to even admit a mistaken charge, and the fact that they created a new invoice AFTER they overcharged me shows a level of dishonesty I am uncomfortable with. It's not about the $25. It's about the principle.
