Never received a call or email letting me know if my taxes were finished for me to come pick them up. It is absolutely too close to April 17. Before I went and picked up my undone taxes I called this business. Talked to the receptionist which was rude. She told me we will call you when your taxes are complete as if I was interrupting. What a waste of three weeks. I'm taking them to a professional CPA with good communication skills. I have definitely seen it all. SMH

When I called to dispute the amount, they then created a new invoice with the higher amount listed and claimed that the other thing they sent was was sent "in error." Not a huge deal financially, they just charged me $25 more than the original invoice, but their unwillingness to even admit a mistaken charge, and the fact that they created a new invoice AFTER they overcharged me shows a level of dishonesty I am uncomfortable with. It's not about the $25. It's about the principle.

She came over for an evaluation for pricing, even before that gave a ballpark estimate. She showed up on time and communicated really well on when she was heading my way and arriving. She worked hard the whole day!! I could instantly smell the house being 10x cleaner before she even started downstairs! Everything was place back in original spot and she made it look like she was here but not here at the same time! I'm OCD so I get picky about things not being back in their original spot and she definitely took her time making sure if she moved something it went right back. You can see the clean without having to get up close. She took a lot of pride in each step of the cleaning leaving no surface untouched! She made the bathtub that rarely gets used shine! She responded quickly and we had a deal. From what I was told I think that there were some surprises lurking under the hood of the stove and other places. Charlotte worked very hard to make things better and she did a fantastic job. I'm just sorry that I didn't know the extent of the filth hiding before I hired her .
