When a customer has to pay for postage on an 85 dollar basic tax return because your company can't figure out how to send it in online... that customer probably won't come back. Is it worth the couple dollars for postage to lose out on 85 dollars a year? Bad business practice.

Once upon a time this was a great business. However in the last year they have cost me thousands of…read moredollars! Between being late on everything, impossible to get ahold of, changing staff like a revolving door the list goes on and on. I had to pay an extra $3k in property taxes last year because they filed so late I didn't get my exemption. Then this year I'm stuck paying penalties because of late filings. I am so glad that I am nearly done dealing with this place and can move on! When I've complained about it taking so long they have literally lied and said they've been trying to reach me. When I ask for proof they have none! I'm near missing the deadline for my exemption for the 2nd year in a row. This is not the same business it was when we trusted them 10 years ago.
