When I contacted the dealership to see what could be done, their response was basically "oh well"--no concern, no attempt to help, and no accountability. It's clear that once they got our money, customer service and loyalty meant nothing. This is especially frustrating because we have purchased several vehicles from this dealership in the past. Instead of trying to make things right or keep a loyal customer, they chose to dismiss us entirely. If you value honesty and transparency, stay far away from this dealership. We feel completely taken advantage of.

Had I known about these problems beforehand, I would not have purchased this vehicle. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from this business have the vehicle independently inspected and receive a FULL diagnostic evaluation before signing any paperwork or purchasing a warranty. Do not assume that a service contract will cover major mechanical problems--read every detail of the coverage carefully. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle here.

If they can't handle something as basic as scheduling, it really makes you wonder what else they cut corners on.
