There's also an air pump here, which has come in handy for us, and a car wash. The employees here are pretty nice and laid back. And the area feels safe. Plenty of restaurants nearby also. Today was the worst because instead of putting bags over the pump handles they did nothing. Literally nothing, the employee by the door just stood there and said nothing until someone started walking towards the door. They watched as car and after truck sat there trying to get the pumps to work and said nothing.

It's just a business, and you're reminded of that every time you visit with any of the cashiers. About the most enthusiasm you'll get is a hello, but after that, they give you a poker face and a bad vibe. The best way to describe it is in their demeanor, where they act as if they're better than you, or they are above wishing you a good day. I would literally say thanks, have a good day, and I would just get a weird look. Not even a "you, too" in response. It's always the little things that count, something to let me know that my business is appreciated. This location doesn't know a single thing about customer service and doesn't deserve to be in our community. You can also tell that the other reviews where they were given five stars are fake, just another example of the level of integrity you're dealing with when you walk into a place like this.

I looked up their phone number hoping someone would answer so I don't need to try to have the 3 cars behind me back up and have to go inside... And to my amazement a clerk answered on the 3rd ring! She helped me with a code and I was able to keep my place in line and avoid any embarrassment. So many businesses have automated messages or you have to leave a message. It was refreshing that they have real people answering their phones.
