This HEB is by far the best one in the area, checkout lanes are rarely packed. Food selection is awesome and the beer aisle is pretty good too. They carry plenty of different micro brew to satisfaction. I defiantly recommend going to this store over any other in the area within a 5 mile radius. read more

I came to Pasadena from San Marcos. Every heb is different, but I loved our big one. They had everything from organic granola, and cereal to baby foods. The best produce other than the local farmers market. But I have to say it wasn't as friendly as this one. Plus they have all what I'm looking for in a smaller size. read more

I'm giving this HEB 5 stars because I went in today during rain storm to get my groceries for the week. They had two employees at the front entrance ready to help you run in with an umbrella or help you out to your car. I had my two little girls with me and they were a huge help!!!! I pulled my car around and got my littlest one in while they loaded my groceries!!!! Thank you thank you!!! I can believe it I bought Alaskan King Crabs. The crabs had been bleached found out stores bleach there crabs so they don't smelled nasty, but what about the flavor. Why would you try, and cover up the odor. The smart thing right thing to do is don't sell them if they are no go. I went back to the store to return them, and the seafood manager acts like I did something wrong Britney just grabed them out of my hand and threw them in the garbage. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Then I spoke to the store manager, and she went to the back to get fresh ones then hands them to me like she did me a favor... To whom it may concern: I would like to tell you about a positive experience I had with one of your employees. I don't know her name but she was working register 2 at about 8:50 pm June 4. I recently went through a period of financial difficulty which thankfully will be resolved at the end of the week when I get my first paycheck from my new job. I started my day with $28.98 which I had to make last until Friday. I figured I need $20 for gas which left me with $8.98 to eat on for the week. I spent about an hour in your store trying to get the most bang for my buck to get me by. I got eggs and bread and your easy melt shells and cheese. Along with a couple of condiments to make egg salad for sandwiches. I thought I had added it up with room to spare but my math was off. When I checked out it came out to more than I had. Not much only 17 cents but I was short none the less. I can only imagine the look on my face as I tried to quickly decide which item I could do without. The young lady at register 2 asked how short I was. When I told her she said she would cover it. Some people who read this might say it is only 17 cent. Yes it is a very small amount. Yes I would have survived. She did not have to help but by helping she made my next week of cheap eating that much better. Hopefully you can figure out who the young lady is and pass this on to her. Let her know that her 17 cents meant the world to me. read more

I love HEB as a grocery store but the PHARMACY needs much improvement . Not only is the drive thru layout the worst I have ever seen, the employees are becoming so rude I have plans to take my prescriptions elsewhere. Not only is there no longer any customer service, the younger employees are down right rude! I definately would not recommend them and the only reason I continue there is for the convenience while I'm shopping. read more

I find this HEB stock the same items at the same time as the Walmart down the street. Very frustrating when one is out of something, they both are! Also, when I find a new product at HEB that I enjoy, they run out of it and don't restock for months. For example, last year I switched to Crispix cereal. There was plenty of it on the shelf for the first 3 months I bought it there, then it was gone and they didn't bring it back for months. I also started buying the pre-packaged sliced apples with caramel dip. They've stopped stocking it. I now have to buy the dip separately from the apples instead of in one package. I have picky eaters here who don't like the caramel yogurt dip. I've started buying groceries from Kroger even though I live closer to HEB and Walmart. read more

I recently switched from shopping at Krogers to coming to this HEB. I really love their pricing and their selection of healthy paleo friendly food is awesome. They always have great sales and their Healthy Living section is the best! I love that you can get made right on the spot almond butter that you grind yourself and the selection of oats and healthy snacks are super cheap. Keep up the great work, HEB! read more

I shop here at least every two to three days. This store is excellent. The people are always eager to help, and the service is always great. Prices here are very reasonable and the new layout provides two entrances instead of one, which is convienent. I ordered a cake from the bakery, and from a crude drawing, they were able to make the exact cake I wanted and my boy was thrilled with his cake. Great job HEB! read more

I just moved with my family 2 weeks ago. We live really close to the store , so I was happy about that. However, my last experience was really bad. I went with my baby at the store to get baby food and sushi. Only 3 things. I went to the express line and the two of them were with the light on, but no cashier in obe of them, only in one. My cashier was busy with one person, taking very long I do not know why. And an employee was there having a good time with them. After 10 minutes, this person decide to go to the other express line and help out 2 guys. She saw me and having a hard time with my baby, and I can not believe she was so rude and she ignored me and do not offered me help. I had to complain with my cashier and she moved my stuff with this girl after she had already finished with the other people! Of course I had to ask her why she did that, NO APOLOGY. SAD. I am very disappointed . I used to live in. NC and the customer service was so much better, and the manager always near by making sure everybody s happy and working efficiently . first of all I like shopping at this store until I found out that they do not care about their customer's safety.Last sunday 01/05/2014 at about 5:25pm as I was leaving the store,I was waiting for traffic to clear on Fairmont by where the gas station is when I was rear ended and then the man just ran off I lost him when I tried to get his plate number.So I went back to HEB on Monday evening to see if they had camera \'s of the parking lot and manger said no just the one pointed at the gas station.You know I go in there some time late at night but not any more knowing that they do not have any security for customers.They want business but could care less if I was safe leaving their..I'm very disappointed at the manger their because he didn't seem to care when I told him about what happen.I;ve come close to getting run over in that parking lot before idiots drive way to fast threw there.I go their as much as 3 or more times a week ... read more
