That day came and went and they didn't show up or even let me know they would need to reschedule. I reached out the day after and they apologized and mentioned it was a personal emergency, which I totally got. They came out that same day and then asked for a survey of the property so they could give me a more accurate quote. I sent over the survey and then, nothing. I followed up with them numerous times via email and left messages and no one even bothered to return my calls.

He offered suggestions and ideas as well. I just wanted simple, low maintenance with rocks, and just enough grass for my dog. Their quote (with a large amount of rocks) was better than a quote with just grass and their sprinkler redo price was almost $1000 cheaper. They also completed the work while it was raining and had leftover grass that they laid in my neighbors yard (aside from the area we fixed bc the pool company destroyed their grass and sprinklers) at no extra charge. My grass never looked terribly patchy, so they must have high standards of what trash will lay and how they lay it. I highly recommend them.

Jared working with me on budget and the scheduling of all the work that needed to get done. Nick was the person that I worked with directly during the whole process. Nick was always prompt as well as very honest when talking through all my options. I used CountryScapes for a new irrigation system, masonry, and landscaping. Roberto did an absolute phenomenal job in the masonry work which was I was most concerned with. My wife was concerned with everything matching the house colors and it did perfectly! They were even able to use the leftover house brick from when our house was built!! They put all new mulch and planted new plants in our front flowerbed which looks great. I also asked them to install new Zoysa sod in front yard due to the challenges that we've had with shade from our big bnb oak trees. On the rare occasions when I had to send an email to address an issue, LLC's response time was always swift and quickly resolved. Recently, Liberty Lawn did some concrete work, extending the width of my driveway. Last year they replaced my wood fence and installed new gates. They did an excellent job on both of these projects. He told her that her "outfit looked f***ing stupid and he had a constitutional right to not get his things searched without probable cause". She asked him to come back and he kept yelling about how she looked and acted stupid. As I watch him walk through the parking lot still yelling about this woman, he got in his company truck that belonged to this company. I had a great experience. I will be using their services again for sure…read more They came out to do an initial inspection and walk through of the task. I needed help with redoing my front flowerbed and starting over with it as well as digging up some poor rock work on the side of the house in the backyard (from another company). They divided this up into phases starting with the front and back being P1 and finishing off the front flowerbed as P2. As with a lot of things in the service industry, 100% satisfaction is hard - especially on the first shot. Getting it fixed is where you find out how good a place really is. They came and knocked out the digging portion of the front flowerbed but there was a lapse in work for the remainder of the task due to a large client of theirs requiring all hands on deck. I didnt have a problem with this because I had a bad case of Bermuda grass which couldnt be fixed by previous companies (several have tried, these guys did the most (good) damage to it). Them digging up the front and letting it sit there for a week was good because it allowed me to see what came back. Naturally, some did (it was really bad, nobody was going to get it right the first time). They would later come back a week later to do the backyard. At this time, the Operations Manager spoke with me and was looking for feedback after P1. I mentioned some minor things which I intended on fixing and she insisted they didnt want their clients going back and fixing up stuff. She relayed my info to Ismail, the Team Lead for the project, and he would eventually fix them himself on the 3rd and final trip. For P2, initially I was thinking of rocks to replace the dirt/mulch in the front but the price was really high for me. Because of that, I considered scratching P2 and doing it myself from here on out and going a different route. Through their persistence and negotiations and finding out what I wanted to do instead, we met at a favorable position for both of us and finished the project. It was a pleasure working with people passionate and knowledgeable about their work and I can honestly say that the attitude extends upward to the Ops Manager as well. Sure, some people may not be too happy with having a large gap from breaking ground in day 1 to the last part being many days later but I think that worked in my favor as I was not in a rush and, as said before, I wanted to see what would grow back. That persistent grass that came back was later dug up properly from the root and covered off with a weed barrier.
