After the second time getting a wash, the car is still dirty. I talked to the employee and he said their system won't be able to clean off bird poop. I asked for my money back and was told no. I've been to this car wash so many times and each time I'm left super happy. It cleans well, is fast, has great freebies if you sign up for texts, and the employees are so nice. I am not one to leave reviews, but I was shocked by what happened when I went to H2Go Car Wash. I recently had my car washed at 7351 Edinger Avenue location. After my car went through the wash, I noticed multiple scratches on my front left hood that were not there prior. I filled out an incident report and they said someone would call me in 3-5 business days. Doug called the next day and stated that there is a disclaimer that the business is NOT RESPONSIBLE for scratches caused during the car wash. While I understand there are policies in place, it is upsetting that there is no customer service to help when an incident occurs. I went to get an estimate, and they stated the damage would require paint correction, which was quoted for $450. They did not even offer to refund the car wash itself. I would avoid this place at all costs! Please protect your car and support a small local business elsewhere. read more

My car went into the car wash without body damage and came out damaged. While it was on the track, there was an extremely loud bang, and one of the employees immediately panicked because they knew something had just happened. What happened afterward was even worse. Instead of being honest or investigating the incident, they immediately denied everything and refused to take any responsibility. They refused to provide any meaningful help and appeared far more interested in protecting themselves than finding out what actually happened. The most disturbing part is how they handled the camera footage. Rather than being transparent, they hid behind excuses and withheld information instead of simply reviewing the footage and addressing what occurred. If your equipment didn't cause the damage, proving it should be easy. Their behavior spoke for itself. Businesses make mistakes. Lying, hiding information, and refusing to take accountability is a choice. If your vehicle is damaged here, don't expect honesty or integrity - expect excuses and denial. I strongly recommend taking your car somewhere that values its customers more than protecting its own liability. read more

Pretty good. The prices are pretty standard and they have a straightforward menu that details the different types of washes they provide. The workers that we interacted with were also nice and helpful. * Go Green Wash: 8/10 - basic Maybe we went during peak hours, but it was pretty crowded when we came. The line to enter the car wash took a while and there wasn't even a spot for us to vacuum our car afterward because they were all taken. Not sure if there's already one, but there should definitely be a time limit on using the vacuums. We'll be sure to go during a less crowded time in the future. read more

I drove up, had a promotional code for their blue car wash & a person was standing there to scan or input the code for me! 100% painless! Then as my car went thru the carwash, i immediately noticed what a good job this tunnel was doing, my car was dirty. As i came out of the carwash, my car was completely dry, no water or waterspots! This was the best service, the highest quality cleaning & the best value & have yet to experience & i am close to 60 years old. I went to get my car wash at about 3:30ish, the equipment probably was having some glitch and issues and the wash didn't wash it well. Talked with 1 of the service person and told me to run it through again, still my car came out soaking wet with dirt on it. I grabbed a young girl with her name badge Veronica that works there, explain to her the issues, she had a rude attitude and no customer service or offer other ways to calm the situation. She challenged me to canceling my membership. The manager came out and was nice and transparency about the equipment not working properly. This location sucks with rude employees like Veronica that offers no apologies and honesty of their broken equipment. read more

I like coming here after filling gas at Costco. The drive thru has standard pricing and does a decent job on cleaning the car (i normally get the lowest tier so I'm not expecting the car to be spotless). The vacuum is strong and gets everything out of my car on the inside. The reason for the review was that I was double charged when I came on Sunday. I just stopped by today and showed the guy the original receipt and the screenshot from the double charge. He fixed the issue right away. And there was a guy that was working at the machine, he saw me as soon as I parked and knew I needed some help. He guided me to the guy at the blue door. Both of them were super helpful! This is my second H2GO car wash location try in 2 weeks and I don't think I will be returning here. It's just not a $10 car wash. It does an OK job, it's just not worth it. There are other washes nearby that do a better job for $10. It misses some places like the rear tailgate and leaves spotting on the glass and mirrors. There is nothing they can do to to improve it--it's the design process--they would have to gut the tunnel and install all new equipment and I am not even sure the tunnel is long enough for equipment that would significantly improve the quality. It is what it is. The vacuums are fine and the employees that I interacted with are great. read more

You get what you pay for. This isn't a quality wash, just a quick basic clean, but not really clean, just clean enough & I can wipe down the rest. The car wash itself is convenient for a quick wash to get a light clean, but there are gas station car washes that get my car cleaner. We have a "Go Blue" family subscription to H2Go & I've been to the locations on Beach, Edinger, & Brookhurst. Overall, my review is the same for all 3 (except Brookhurst that has the super tight turn into the car wash). Forget getting the cargo hatch clean of your SUV. I brought it in after the recent rains, and the back of my car looked filthy & untouched by the car wash. Often the employee's don't direct me into the car wash tracks just right & my steering wheel 'jiggles'. I can hear my tires rubbing agains the side of the tracks. More often than not, some component of the car wash is broken. It's a legit surprise if all the parts of the carwash work. My last visit it was the first 'rain' wash. Other times it's been some of the driers. The big side brushes have been out of service. Something is always broken. I also pay for the extra 'dry brush' at the end of the wash. It's nice to get the car dried, but against the light there are brush marks on the front windshield. The brushes also don't dry the back cargo door of my SUV. SUPER tight in/out of vacuum stations. Also really tight between spots. You can vacuum the same side as your neighbor. I do keep the subscription so I can get a basic rinse of the car periodically. There are plenty of locations close to me & it's convenient & cheap. read more

This review is long overdue as I had gone for a wash over a year ago for the first time. While this car wash is fast and easy to drive through, you will regret the outcome if you look even remotely closely at your vehicle. Even the top tier wash doesn't dry your car well, but worst of all, there were obviously brand-new scratches to my car after just 1 wash here. When I went a few weeks later to hand wash my car myself, I noticed in the sunlight how my paint, 360 degrees, now has a circular brushed effect to it from the harshness of their machinery. Yes, permanent brush scratches all over my car. This may be a good option for that junker car you have that just needs a wash, but I would NOT suggest bringing a vehicle you care about here. read more
