I enjoyed the ease that it was an outside wash station so it was easy to drive into and then pull out of. I like the options they had flea/tick shampoo , rinse, conditioner and even sanitize! They had the collar chain locks which helped a lot! It was cool that the same machine had a blow dryer (Baz was not found of it yet), but definitely a cool bonus and an unbeatable price. After hosting a July 4th bonfire, you know my car was in desperate need of some TLC. Since my seats were filled with sand, I decided to purchase a self wash for a more detailed clean. Unlike other drive-through concepts, Frogs Express requires a wait. Especially for those who wash their car by hand. I was happy to find that the hand wash is really simple. You start by using a credit card or quarters to purchase time on the hose. There's a number of different features you can pick from, including a power wash, a power soaper, a scrub brush, and an adapter to wash your tires. The total wash service came to around $6. There's also an option to purchase time with their vacuum. Four quarters for four minutes. I found this four minutes was just enough time to finish one side of my car. Overall a decent car wash experience. In the future I'll pay more attention to the quality of wash given to my windshield, but this was most definitely user error. read more

Washed the car with bubble brush then tried to rinse with high pressure water but only got soap to come out. Got the lot boy who asked me to reenter my credit card and he would reverse the charge. He then sprayed the HP water on the ground until the soap stopped coming out, then told me it is working. I told him to check the video, since I went around the car twice trying to rinse. I have been to Frogs for many years trying touchless wash and self service wash. I love the dog shampoo station, too! Recently I had an issue with touch-less wash, so I emailed the office with a complaint. They replied in a few hours and told me that the dirt spots are sometimes hard to get rid of during the hot weather month. They gave me a refund, so I can use self service station instead. I will give them 5 stars for a good customer service. read more

Went to Frogs for the first time with my Ford Raptor after off-roading to get it cleaned. The touch-less automatic wash looked narrow so I wasn't sure if my truck would fit so I called to verify. Frogs responded promptly and who I presume is the owner came down to guide me in. My card wasn't going through so he gave me the wash for free! Can't seem to get my debit card to work here, but cash works. I swipe my card after choosing a wash, and it says something about the transaction being declined because it wasn't a scheduled payment or something to that effect. I then use cash, and all is fine. It's okay. the automatic car wash left my car wet and soapy. the dryers work, but, there's just water pouring off of they dryer from being wet so it's not really that effective. also didn't really even clean my car, i don't expect the pollen spots to come off, but they layer of dust that was on it? barely budged. it was only really half clean where the spray nozzles sprayed the car. decent price for what it is tho. probably would not do the automatic car wash again but the self service bays are pretty good read more

Been to Frogs multiple times. It's nothing special but it is exactly what I like. A simple DIY car wash place that has really good prices. I work fast when I wash my car but I am also detailed and they have all the stuff you need when washing your car. They also have the drive thru if you prefer that instead. There's also vacuums after you're done. I wouldn't wash my car anywhere else. read more

This is the only RELIABLE touchless car wash in town. Due to the thin paint job on my car, I can't go to other car washes and my condo's wash station is measely. You have 3 options, the basic ($8), the frogger ($10) and the super frogger ($12). I tend to go for the frogger as I don't like the extra wax and I like the under carriage spray. Typically, the system is foolproof and consistent. Once in a while, the sprayer needs adjusting, leaving soap on my car, but when the wash is "tuned up" correctly, it's great@ There's also self- wash stations and even adog wash station. I've never used any of these options, so I can't speak to them. read more

For the price, you can get a better wash elsewhere. Also, when selecting the desired wash, the machine asks for some code, at that point you enter your desired method of payment and you're good to go. On our first run, we didn't know and kept trying to figure out this "code", wasted a few minutes, and had to call to get assistance after much frustration. Not a great experience. read more

I have a convertible vehicle & I can't go in regular car washes so I was glad there was a touch less car wash option available. Based on the reviews I didn't expect perfection, I brought my car towel and brush with me to do touch ups. For reference, I purchased the ultimate wash which was very reasonably priced & it was better than expected, still had some flower pollen debris stuck on my car but I just went around with the car towel and it all came off right away since it was easy to remove from getting wet. Then I brushed my soft top to get rid of pollen debris and sprayed my soft top protector. My car looks perfect and I only spent less than ten minutes doing touch ups, excluding the wait time in the line. I will definitely be a return customer, this was the quickest I've ever cleaned the exterior of my car! read more

I don't expect too much for $12 but when I wipe the water spots to only realize the dirt is still there, it's a bit disappointing. Another thing is that the vacuums there have the worst suctions I usually take it to the car wash by Walmart to do my vacuuming. I've been coming here for years and self cleaning my cars. The equipment was always been working very well, the facility is always clean and I would consider it a very well ran business. However, what I find extremely annoying is that old classic rock music blaring at 100 decibels you can't escape and it's on a lope constantly repeating. I usually come here for the touch free wash, but I have used both the automatic and the manual wash. Both are great, the automatic usually has a line for it but I have paid for the least expensive wash and the most expensive and have liked the outcome. The only downfall with the automatic is it doesn't dry very well. I have a small SUV and I have been happy with the washes. This place has always been my go to probably once a week. That may change. Got the Ultimate wash for $12 and did not receive the normal soap allotment. First white soap soak was completely empty. Nada. Just water and spray. The colored soap was spotty at best. Maybe the machine runs out of soap later in the day? The final wax drop had a two foot swath down the middle of my SUV where nothing came down. Thought I'd let them know and the guy working told me to get back in line (4 cars deep each side) and he'd comp my wash. Nothing about fixing or filling it up, just get back in line. I told him no thanks and he walked away. No sorry, no coupon or discount next time, not a care in the world. Like he couldn't care less. I like this place to get the dust off my car and get the sand off my dog. There are 4 do it yourself car washes, 2 drive thru car washes and 1 doggy wash. Perfect location to wash down the boat after a day on the water or wash down the dog after a day on the water haha! I come here probably weekly for the dog wash, and use it bi-weekly between car details. You have to keep in mind it is next door to the last gas station on Beach boulevard before you hit the beach OR the first gas station after leaving the beach. So there is ALWAYS a wait. And I mean ALWAYS! I have been here as early as 8am and as late as 6pm. I mostly use the dog wash. I have a Newfoundland so he loves the water but I don't like the amount of hair in my tub or killing my hair dryer. The do it yourself dog wash is out in the open. Expect everyone waiting in line to be watching you. You are right in their eyesight! $10 and you have a super clean dog. Possibly not dry when it comes to the super furry ones but definitely clean! Usually takes me $20 to get my guy almost fully dry! I hardly ever wait on the dog wash. They are usually waiting on me . All in all it's clean and I feel safe as a woman. I am a fan of any car wash that does a quality job and keeps smelly, dirty, and wet car wash boys out of my car with their dirty rags smearing the dirt all over the inside and spraying stuff that will harm the respiratory tract. Frogs won't take off the little spots of bird poop on the hood, but neither does the cloth spinning scratching paint wash places. You need to just take a blue shop towel like I do, and wet it and poop comes off with little effort. Go to Home Depot or Walmart and buy a couple of rolls of Blue Shop towels, keep them in the car and you are set for a year. A bit pricey here--would like to see $5 for the basic wash--that is what I am accustomed to paying for a similar wash in Los Angeles. And free 5 minutes of vacuum power. That is what I am used to. So I won't be a regular here--but if in the area--it's not a bad choice if you love your 4 wheel baby. read more
