So grateful for this place! I've been coming here for the past five years and have always loved the quality of the washes. Last year, I even bought my husband a monthly membership for Father's Day, and it ended up being one of his favorite gifts! Today, though, I completely forgot that this location is card-only and realized I didn't have my credit card with me. One of the employees immediately noticed I was in a bind and ran over to help without hesitation. I was so grateful for his quick response, kind attitude, excellent customer service, and genuine understanding. As a mom who had been out running errands all day, I was completely exhausted. Getting my car washed was the very last thing on my to-do list, and honestly, not being able to do it because I forgot my card probably would have been my last straw for the day. Instead, this employee completely turned my day around with such a simple act of kindness. I wish I had asked for his name, but if you happen to see this, thank you! You truly made a difference. I am not one to leave reviews, but I was shocked by what happened when I went to H2Go Car Wash. I recently had my car washed at 7351 Edinger Avenue location. After my car went through the wash, I noticed multiple scratches on my front left hood that were not there prior. I filled out an incident report and they said someone would call me in 3-5 business days. Doug called the next day and stated that there is a disclaimer that the business is NOT RESPONSIBLE for scratches caused during the car wash. While I understand there are policies in place, it is upsetting that there is no customer service to help when an incident occurs. I went to get an estimate, and they stated the damage would require paint correction, which was quoted for $450. They did not even offer to refund the car wash itself. I would avoid this place at all costs! Please protect your car and support a small local business elsewhere. read more

Nice workers who will explain the different options. It has the same prices as other drive thru car washes but with worse quality. Tiny area and parking spots where people are constantly hitting your car with their doors and the vacuums. Vacuums don't even work they just push everything around. Can't even switch to another one because it's the same issues with all of them. Take your money elsewhere considering it's not even a cheaper option for cheaper amenities. read more

I love a clean car! Having a car wash membership here makes me want to wash my car. Wash it weekly since my car sits outside all the time, no garage. This is a drive/thru where you sit and stay in your car while it washes. Kind of fun for the kids and the dog. There are multiple H2O locations. This Beach Blvd is smaller than the one on Edinger. Less parking spots to dry your car. The wash cycle also seems a little shorter but it certainly gets the job done. I did have to go through twice one visit because it didn't get the car clean enough but that was a while ago. Service attendants are always responsive and helpful- handing out car wipes as you enter, answering questions and guiding your car in to the wash service area. Give this place a try, consider a monthly membership if you like a clean car. It's worth it! read more

Terrible service. No managers available. All are on lunch at 5pm. The attendant and the lead could not help me with getting my car washed. Showed up with ApplePay and was not accepted so I went to the bank for cash. And returned then Cash was not accepted. Then No managers or anyone with any authority was available. DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible place. Also the entrance is so difficult to get in. Why is the cones on the entrance. Someone with authority pay attention WTF! read more

The last few times I have been there for a car wash it seems that they have been not using water softener since I run the car through the car wash and it comes out with spots of hard water all over the car I think they're trying to economize and that's unfortunately because prior to this it was okay so I hope they see this review and I hope that they do something about it read more

Used to be great but recently its quite disappointing. I got the $30 a month membership which is useful but ive noticed that every time my car goes through, there is always stuff on my windshield after. Very strange, because they arent there before I go- im assuming the final drying towels have things from other cars on them. The main concern however, is the vacuums. They don't suck well at all, and half of them don't even stay in their dock- so half if the vacuums are on the dirty floor which you then put all over your car. Not great if you dont like germs or have kids that will go in your car. The vacuum strength is so weak that it doesnt even vacuum sand- which when I first started going here, the vacuums did a GREAT job of doing. Not sure if im going to keep paying $30 a month to get an okay wash and not be able to effectively vacuum my car. read more

I went to H2Go to make my Lexi all sparkly. Well, my girlfriend was in the car while I was "cleaning" her all up. Just as we are getting ready to start the car & leave, it wouldn't start :( Lexi decided to let the battery die. We asked a couple customers for jumpers, but no one had any. Then Jacob, an employee, had "portable jumpers". He came over to Lexi, let her charge a few minutes and she was good to go! Jacob was very kind and totally went out of his way. Looking for an express wash in OC, then head to H2GO in Huntington Beach! The process takes fewer than five minutes, and the lowest tier wash is only ten dollars. You kinda get what you pay for, though. All of these express washes in the LA and OC areas can get most of the dirt off, but do not expect it to shine and sparkle. We still found bird poop on the car, despite the high-power water that this car wash is known for. What was unique about our experience with H2GO when compared to other express washes was that we had lots of water spots on the rear of the car. Like other places, there is free self-serve vacuuming here. However, there are far fewer spots than other places, and the air spray is super weak if you're thinking that you'll be blowing the water droplets off of your car. I imagine on a busy day that you may have to forgo the vacuum process if all of the parking spots are taken. H2GO boasts green technology and a positive environmental impact, but I could not find any information or details on the website. Hopefully, these claims are true. I'd love to support a more environmental-friendly company! read more

GREAT LITTLE DRY THRU CAR WASH FOR $8 (Senior price). I stayed much longer (1 hour) than expected but not one employee complained or told me to leave. That was nice but there was always at least one vacuum and blower space available. Vacuum was strong, space was big, air sprayer worked great. Considering I hadn't washed the car in 2 months and drove to Pismo it did a great job on all the bugs squashed on my car. Needed to put some extra hand work on the rims but I deserved that. I've been here before and they will let you go through again if you're not satisfied. Great place for the speed and price. read more

You get what you pay for. This isn't a quality wash, just a quick basic clean, but not really clean, just clean enough & I can wipe down the rest. The car wash itself is convenient for a quick wash to get a light clean, but there are gas station car washes that get my car cleaner. We have a "Go Blue" family subscription to H2Go & I've been to the locations on Beach, Edinger, & Brookhurst. Overall, my review is the same for all 3 (except Brookhurst that has the super tight turn into the car wash). Forget getting the cargo hatch clean of your SUV. I brought it in after the recent rains, and the back of my car looked filthy & untouched by the car wash. Often the employee's don't direct me into the car wash tracks just right & my steering wheel 'jiggles'. I can hear my tires rubbing agains the side of the tracks. More often than not, some component of the car wash is broken. It's a legit surprise if all the parts of the carwash work. My last visit it was the first 'rain' wash. Other times it's been some of the driers. The big side brushes have been out of service. Something is always broken. I also pay for the extra 'dry brush' at the end of the wash. It's nice to get the car dried, but against the light there are brush marks on the front windshield. The brushes also don't dry the back cargo door of my SUV. SUPER tight in/out of vacuum stations. Also really tight between spots. You can vacuum the same side as your neighbor. I do keep the subscription so I can get a basic rinse of the car periodically. There are plenty of locations close to me & it's convenient & cheap. read more

The prices are very affordable and the washes are very thorough too. The vacuum section parking spots are a bit tight, but it gets the job done. Been a customer for about 10 years and I have NEVER experienced such an attitude from any of your employees as I have today! I frequent both this location and the Westminster location and have never had a problem with any of your employees, who, in fact I have been very impressed up until today because everyone... although young and immature have been overly friendly and attentive. I ask the same question each time I'm here because the weather stripping on my car is loose on one side so I ask if they'd put a small piece of tape to hold it down. Never have I ever thought that when I go to a car wash station I'd be treated like I'm at a 5 star restaurant! I have these phases throughout the year where I REALLY REALLY clean my car, deep clean you can say... but the days that add up makes my car such a mess and hellhole... I needed to find a nice and cheap car wash place and so I searched though Yelp and saw H2GO and thought that was a quaint name and near my home. So I went, and my goodness... Driving into the zone, was a little bit small, but understandable... however, getting to the selection zone, I was greeted by manager Quan; he was so kind, helpful and resourceful as he just conjured up some small talk and told me what H2GO offers! Not only did he tell me such, he insisted to give me items to best clean my car... FOR FREE!! So I went in, had my car cleaned by the machines, and even coming out there were workers coming around asking customers if they needed help cleaning their cars! Manager Quan was out there too being a quaint person to ask if anyone needed anything :) Amazing customer service and satisfaction... Thanks to manager quan and team!!!
