There is no shortage of car washes on this island, but this one is by far my favorite, I even have a monthly unlimited pass! Excellent service, my car always looks great, they have a clean bathroom and I actually really appreciate the wide variety of drinks and snacks for sale inside (not just soda and candy, but things like Kombucha, protein bars, etc...). I've taken my car here a few times and it was exceptional each time. The service is usually awesome. Unfortunately today I stopped by for a car wash to find that my trunk was somehow opened while it went through the wash. Everything inside the trunk was soaked. I have been to a lot of car wash places on Staten Island and I have finally found "my spot". The staff is friendly, organized and meticulous with each car served. This place opened a couple months ago and was recommended by my father who has an expensive car and rarely ever goes to a car wash because he always insisted on washing it himself. This place, however he was very happy with. I was so impressed that I signed up for the $35.99/month unlimited card (comes out to about $40 with taxes actually) for their "silver" package which is basically a full service wash including hot wax. Now the best part- this is literally the best car wash I've ever had done on my car. I drove away spotless. What I especially noticed is how clean my windows were and places like the cupholders had no crumbs or dust in them. They spent a good amount of time on my car. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that they put back my front passenger floor mat backwards and the rear floor mats were put on opposite sides. But that's not a big deal obviously. I've had a car wash forget to put my rear floor mats in altogether and had to drive back when I noticed. I've been to all the other guys on Hylan blvd. Last time I spent like $36 on a top-of-the-line package and the car looked like crap because they just rushed through it. I told myself I would never go there again. Bottom line- this spot pays attention to details (hehe) and the guys put effort into making sure your car is clean. If you're tired of paying for $20 car washes and finding that you've wasted your money and time then give this place a try. I hope the service level doesn't deteriorate over time. Oh, and the inside area is immaculate- I think it says a lot about the place as well. The girl at the counter is so nice too. They even have pastries and wraps for sale. Decided to try this car wash today and was slightly disappointed. After they washed my car I noticed a few spots were still dirty but I didn't mind since my car was completely covered by salt and they were getting busy. When I got home I noticed my trunk and front bumper were nott even touched. That was what disappointed me after reading all these 5 star reviews. Had to clean it up at home. They do an OK job but in my opinion, this and all car washes are just way too expensive. I spent $25 to wash my car plus tip ( I don't remember if the tax was included but roughly $30 to wash a car! In my view, a car wash should cost about $10. I would feel better about it if the guys actually doing the work got a fair share of the money - but we know they don't. Clean Touch does almost the same wash for $18 - tax included. I think my car comes out slightly cleaner here, but after a few hours you wouldn't notice the difference. read more

Overall decent car wash. Brought my truck here yesterday. There was only one person in front of me so I was in and out pretty quickly. Selected wash #3. Pros: - the only place I have been to on staten island that knows how to clean widows with rain guards the correct way - the only place I have been to on staten island that cleans under the wiper blades without being asked - friendly and quick service - waiting area is clean and comfortable with multiple TVs - vehicle exterior was very clean Cons: - dashboard half wiped down, strokes of dust untouched made inconsistency visible - had to ask for them to dry off the top of the truck, especially where I could see the water through the sunroof - still cannot find a car wash on staten island that can clean a windshield properly - not sure if its the solution or the rags being used to wipe down the outside as well as the inside; always need to redo front and back windows when I get home - not hand wash, was nervous of antenna but all came out okay I will probably return to this car wash in the future. read more

Rushed over to get my car washed today after work on a Wednesday before they are scheduled to close at 7pm (even though the flyer you advertise on your fb page says you're 24/7). What do you know, after waiting forever for anyone to even notice my car standing there and waiting, I am informed that the boss decided to close early today. Some kind of warning for customers would've been nice. How much time does a fb post take if you choose to close early? Meanwhile the guys are still detailing someone's car. They use to be excellent when they first opened but I think their popularity grew and now they rush through the service. Today is the second time I had to point out some very obvious spots that were filthy after they were done and I walked to my car. After getting home I noticed that they hadn't really cleaned the inside well. I used a wet napkin to remove the spots they left behind, so it wasn't difficult for them to have wiped it clean. Second time coming here since my first disappointing wash! I can't believe people say this is the best car wash in Staten Island- must be friends or family of the owner. I wish I would have stuck to my first opinion of how I would never go back, but this time I really mean it! I left with my black bumper having visible brown dirt still on it, I have some weird waxy residue caked up around my windows and rear view mirrors which was not there before, and because no one bothered to fully dry the car, there are water stains everywhere. The best car wash in Staten Island. I have my regular monthly car wash subscription with them. Excellent service and they don't rush and leave you with hap hazard service even when they are busy. The owner, Mario and his entire family his Dad/ Mom helps him out in the business and they are very helpful and respectful of thier customers. Beautiful new place right off of Hylan Blvd! Got a car wash right after work last week and decided to go with the Water Works Deal. The staff was very friendly, my car came out looking great and came with a free air freshener! They even had a variety of food and pastries inside and I grabbed a coffee and caesar wrap to go. Great new place on Hylan Boulevard and Rose Ave. Entire staff was friendly, courteous and diligent yet delicate with the detailing. The inside was very nice and spotless with a pastry and coffee counter. We chose the Mainstream Wash (17.99) and they cleaned it to perfection! Our kids destroy our truck with snacks and there was not one Cheerio left behind. They even vacuumed out the car seat. My husband and I will definitely be coming here from now on! read more
