Went today with my niece who is 10 and they were so nice and welcoming today. We got pedicures together and then she got a manicure and I got the dip powder full set. They did an amazing job and it was nice because a lot of times you go to a salon and they don't sit you next to your friend or whoever you came with. They sat us next to each other for our pedicures and started me first knowing mine would take longer then my nieces and we wound up finishing around the same time after our nails were done which was perfect. Awesome job on my nails too - I showed a picture and they made it happen. I got an almond shape and they are so much better and nicer then I expected! I got black and then 1 nail sparkly black and another matte black. My nieces nails looked awesome too! She did orange and black nails and sparkle ontop of the black which looked great!! This felt like if the Cheers bar had a baby with a nail salon. Almost everyone that walked in was greeted by name, some patrons even came bearing food for the nail techs, and overall it had a great, welcoming, neighborhood feel. Pedicures I've been a loyal customer here for almost 2 years without any issues until about a week ago when I had a pedicure done only for my right toe to become infected to the point where I needed antibiotics to cure the infection. Meanwhile I called for two days trying to speak to the owner Tina who did the pedicure and any other service I receive, only for her husband to lie and tell me she wasn't there claiming she was home sick...only for me to walk in to her sitting in a chair just 15 minutes after speaking to him....I forgot to mention that I actually heard her tell him to tell me she wasn't there . Let's be clear I go there faithfully every two weeks and tip every time I go even when she does a half ass rush job...I even have my sisters and Neice going as well.....we won't be returning at all unfortunately. I would not use their services just based on the recent customer service and infection I received from just a simple pedicure. read more

There was a hour wait. I sat there patiently and looking through their nail color selection. It isn't bad, and I chose teal. This place is clean and the nail techs are super nice. I can't say anything else bad about this place because Diane did a great job with putting gel color on my nails after I asked to get my original pink nails soaked off and repainted gel teal. It was super relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend this place! read more

Not loyal to loyal customers. SNS powder dip nails come off in less then 5 days. After being a loyal customer for over a year, my daughter and I. We had an appointment for 9:30am for an wedding that was out of town, when I arrived I was told my appointment was giving to a walk in causing my time to be pushed back. This was pure negligence and greed by the owners for $$ instead of demistarting loyalty to long term customers. After calling to speak to the owners they had a 3 way call and never once was a solution tried to be made or even an apology for thier ignorance. I had to get my nails done fast and hit the road I called 2 nail salons my one from my old neighborhood amd one more local to my current house. BOTH offered to help me and get my nails done. Nail Garden on Mcdade was closer to me and they took me right away at opening. I had a fabulous experience, the SNS power was dipped properly and didn't lift off. My total was half the price of Laura's. Not to mention fast, service with beverages being offered and a much wider selection of colors. I tried to support a local business but when they don't help a regular they lost my loyalty. I will never go back. Nail Garden is my new home. read more

Out of the places that I've been to in Ridley to get my nails done, this is by far one of my favorite places. The service was great and I will be back for sure. The male that answered the phone when I called to schedule wasn't very friendly but once arriving, though there was a wait, the staff was very nice and apologetic. My nails turned out great. Usually I have an issue with the gel polish falling off only a few days after getting them done but it hasn't come off yet and they still look as good as new! read more

heard about this nail salon, horrible ..i get stuck with 1 who is new, did not do spa pedicure as i requested..the woma n also trys to tell me not to cu5 down my toenails after i noticed she skipped that part...listen i shouldnt have to insist and explain how i get them cut down after 2 to 3 weeks..its my choice, its not what you want. i wanted to try a different salon and i regret..the nail design looks like crap, doesnt even know how to put studs on and shape them.. not sure what is good about this place but the vibe and me with the new nail technician, did not serve me well... thanks but no thanks, learn how to listen to your clients and how to treat them.. i want to get my money back from the extra spa pedicure i wanted..slap of 1 scrub and a few minutes on my legs, is not worth the extra $15.. i dont even know why i tipped ... because despite my experience here..i will still thank the work that was put into it... im not a snobby person but my experience was incredibly horrible.. train the new girl and add a little more smiles and welcome every client who walks in and respect there request and do it right.. read more
