Have not used this company for plumbing myself but they recently cut off my internet service while…read moredigging a trench across the street to hook a new home being constructed to the city sewer line. To make matters worse they then covered up the cut conduit and cable line with dirt. No one contacted me about this mistake and the only way I found out who cut off my service was by asking the building contractor if his sub contractor plumber (Aaron) had cut the line while digging with a backhoe. The contractor himself did dig down two days later and find the cut cable and Time-Warner came out and spliced it back a couple days after that but we were without internet service for several days thanks to Aaron's mistake. Seems like they should have found out where the underground lines were located before they started digging.
