However, we always get an automated phone call reminding us of our upcoming delivery. Only one time was there an issue, and honestly, it was not their fault but ours. I forgot to put the bottles out the night before and they managed to reschedule us for the next day with no issues. Prior to our big snow/ice storm last month, they actually notified us they were delivering early, prior to the storm, to make sure we had our water. Great company!

Mike Lausten was our Sales Rep. and he was professional, explained everything. Even came out a second time after installation to explain the systems. Ran into a minor issue and had called him in which I left him a message. He called me from your Europe while I think he was on vacation the next day. Lol, if that isn't dedication, I don't know what is. He handled the call for a minor repair and was resolved within a week! No Biggie! For the Systems my Wife and I are impressed including price point and would totally recommend!

The website with my account isn't all that spectacular, it takes a minute to find and decipher your bill/ invoice. It would have been nice to of had some notice about the 250% delivery price incease. I inquired abour it through the "contact us -customer support" and never recieved a reply, thats a good indicator of how well they think of their customers. I'll be shopping around fo a better deal for sure. Update: Using the customer support portal on my account website and trying to contact Crystal Springs customer service to help me was a difficult process but Michael P contacted me after he seen my concerns on Yelp and he has been a tremendous help to me and worked with me to resolve all my issues. Here we are a month since my last delivery and still no water. I had a driver come to my house, take the bottles but leave no water. Since this pick up of bottles, crickets front he company. They have shifted my delivery date multiple times. And now the delivery I was suppose to have today has been moved to 5 June. At this point that will be more than a month without a water delivery when my scheduled deliveries is every 2 weeks,. The excuse I have heard is due to the rebranding blah blah.. This should have very little impact to your customer base if this was planned out and organized appropriately. At this point the company might as well pick up their equipment and close my account. When people are spending the amount of money for a service, the response is beyond unacceptable nor really compensating to keep a customer. Just shameful but the best way to let companies know this is not okay is by not spending our money with them. I can't post the review without a star rating.. Honestly, the company does not deserve even a 1 star rating but it is definitely the minimum I am giving just so I can post this.

Then he said "Ill be there tomorrow" I said ,"But i took off today for this and I have to work tomorrow" He said "You don't need to be there just leave the gate open." Why would I let a stranger on my property messing with my pool and not be here? I dont know him or the quality of his work. So i asked, "Shouldnt you have just waited to see if it actually did rain before cancelling my appointment?" And he said "THAT'S IT, IM NOT COMING TO YOUR POOL!!" And hung up on me. I need to be compensated for the loss of time off work, the extra chemicals, the extra electricity to keep pool open until I can get an adult mature professional company.
