I contacted two other spa places, including the one that sold us our spa, to figure out why the fresh water looked dirty and why it wasn't balancing. Neither spa's customer service person was helpful, and both were somewhat insulting. One told me I was doing my laundry wrong and proceeded to tell me how to wash a swimsuit - no kidding. Bizarre. I called Luxury Pool and Spa and told them the whoooooole story. They quickly offered to test a water sample. Once tested, they were able to determine where the problems were. And it wasn't my laundry technique. They gave me step-by-step instructions to clear and balance my spa water without having to drain the spa and start over. They retested it, free of charge, to make sure the water quality was improving, and continued to test until I was satisfied with the water quality and comfortable in maintaining my spa. I wish I had purchased my spa from them to start with.

After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include. I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. This year, due to all of the snow, our pool cover caved in and the pool cover pump accidentally pumped out most of the pool water before we discovered it. That, coupled with lots of leaves in the pool, made for a much more difficult opening this year. Nevertheless, Nahum and Miguel went the extra mile to get the pool to open very clean and clear. They spent extra time but did so with a very positive, helpful attitude that I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

Many issues: -Concrete color is salmon, not tan, even AAA workers have said they don't think it is the color they intended -$10k in damages to asphalt driveway (that we were assured by the owner wouldn't happen because we would start our build in January when the ground is frozen) -Major grading issues that causes pool to flood any time it rains -Project abandoned by Brian in August 2021 -Firepit was thrown off to the side and not incorporated into our design -Poor Quality/Workmanship with concrete: no 90° angles, crooked lines, sharp surface, etc. -Tan fence installed with 3-4 different shades (after wrong fence color against our HOA was delivered) -Backwash line overflows/doesn't drain and is eroding our basement foundation and retaining wall -Not enough characters to continue this list. May 2022: Still waiting on project to be finished/corrected. No urgency because this is their "busy season" and have new pools to install. This is the biggest financial mistake I have ever made. Richard Shaver (owner) sat at my breakfast table and told my husband and I that he would build us a backyard oasis. He talked about God and doing good for people. Haven't heard from him since the day we signed the contract. I would love for him to photograph our project and proudly present it on his social media without using Photoshop. The team came to look at it and discovered that the wall and skimmer were corroded and needed to be replaced. They got right to fixing it during scorching heat. It took two days but now it looks gorgeous. I definitely recommend Summit Pools.

Firstly, the pool is GORGEOUS! They not only installed it well and very quickly, they made sure to spend hours cleaning it before presenting it to us. It was pristine. Secondly, they are reliable beyond belief. Each day they arrived on time to do what needed to be done. We had terrible weather during our project but as soon as it cleared up, they were right there getting the job done. This all is a rare quality among contractors! Thirdly, they are a family owned business and such nice people. I know I can trust them and enjoy talking to them bc they are professional and good. And lastly, they treated our property well. Having done this before, we knew there would be some damage that comes from gravel trucks arriving to the site, excavation, etc but all the wear and tear we experienced was normal and minimal. The guys cleaned up every bit of leftover pieces, trash, and materials. Denis and his team know pools. They charge fair prices, do great work, are earnest and care about the customer.
