My vehicle was a bit of a conundrum, as one lug on each of the front wheels is rounded, rather than beveled (as normal). He was able to plug the tire, and we made the 60 mile drive home safely. After discovering that the AAA was not paid and being jerked around by one service and then by another, we called Integrity Towing. On the phone, we assumed that when he said 40cash/45debit that he was going to charge us 85 USD. David said "I am sorry for wasting your time, we only have 70 cash." The man on the phone laughed.
