Our driver Ron arrived within an hour as promised. Before loading the van that would not start, he checked under the hood (no, the battery was fine), tried starting it - no luck. He tipped the flatbed tow truck bed , hooked up the cable and began to pull the minivan up. I was nervous and was pleased it loaded without incident. I contacted Always Towing to take my car to the repair shop. Even though I had informed them that the wheel had been removed, the driver was surprised to learn that this was the case. He also didn't have a jack or any other tools with him. I offered to supply my jack, but he declined and left. Thankfully, I was able to hire another company to do the job. This other tow truck driver confirmed that removing the wheel was the right thing to do, and he did the work efficiently.
