While I was waiting, the front desk lady asked me to do something, so I politely asked her to clarify. Instead of explaining, the doctor suddenly walked in with an attitude, told me "don't tell my employee what to do" -- without even knowing what was going on. On top of that, the front desk lady then denied ever telling me to make a phone call to get information, even though she had just asked me to. At that point, I decided I didn't want to deal with the unprofessional energy and said I was going to leave. As I walked out, both the doctor and the front desk lady said "good." I came in already in pain and just wanted care, but what I got was rudeness, lies, and a complete lack of compassion. No patient should ever be treated this way, especially when they are already vulnerable. I will never return here, and I strongly advise others to find a doctor's office that respects and values their patients. I'm so grateful for the care my son received here. On our first visit, Dr Carrie went to work and did her magic. An hour after that visit, my son pooped (sorry if TMI) and then slept for hourssss!
