They did the job under their own cost proposal and at a significantly lower price than a big-name competitor's proposal. Brian moved a schedule around to fit me in and got the job done in 1 day. (The other company could not even start until 3 days later) Rob and Jaykri even fixed a couple other odd plumbing issues (shower cartridges, broken valve knobs, etc.) while they were at my house.
