I contacted Victory Plumbing to unclog my toilet drain, bathtub drain, and fix my toilet handle that was broken. I paid about $300 for this job . After they left I was pleased with their work until I tried to flush by toilet. The handle of the toilet was loose and the mechanism inside the tank was not flushing properly. The tank continued to fill with water and then drain. I guess they just did the easy jobs. read more

I have now used Victory three times. Jeff is my 'go to'! The first time used Victory Plumbing I needed a back-up hot water tank that had failed removed. The project required disconnecting and capping the water lines; disconnecting and capping the gas line; capping the exhaust line; and removal and disposal of the tank. Len the Plumber quoted $1100. Jeff was able to complete the job for $450. Last month, while traveling out of town, my wife called to tell me the hot water tank was leaking. I gave her Jeff's number and asked he to call him, telling him that I would be back in town in early afternoon. Jeff and his apprentice met me at 3:30pm as arranged and replaced my tank within 90 minutes. It was relief to have a professional available for an 'emergency' that I could count upon to show up on time and take care of the problem immediately. Two days ago, Jeff came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a small gas line leak on my fireplace within a very short period of time. His work is always neat ,efficient, and reasonably priced. Lastly, when you call the number, Jeff is the person that answers... and he always answers his phone unless both hands are in a project at that moment. read more

I needed a new hot water heater and called Victory Plumbing. I had no hot water for three days and a puddle of water on my basement floor. It was time, our heater was 14 years old, and it didn't owe us a thing. Jeff was out within 2 hours after giving me a quote to do the job on the phone. No guessing game, no service call charge. Victory plumbing-Jeff was so professional, knowledgeable, efficient and honest! We have used Victory I believe already 3 times and each time has been fantastic! 1st was for our extra bathroom in the basement septic tank pump, 2nd time was for our master bedroom faucet handle leak, and just recently our kitchen sink pipe leak. He doesn't try to up sell you more than what you actually need and is honest in his work and what needs to be done. His Prices are very fair for the work he puts in. I highly highly recommend Jeff-victory plumbing for all your plumbing needs. We even asked Jeff about our needs for the house like water tank and a little water leak we notice when it rains really hard. All the time we been here (almost 10 yrs) no other plumber has been honest with us. They wanted 5-7k to drill and put up a wall barrier to block water coming into our house to so many other stuff they said we should do. And when Jeff-Victory plumbing came in gave us an answer what was the cause of water puddle in our basement. He saved us a lot of headache, money, and just trust in general in people. This was the worst company I have dealt with and seems to be causing additional damage on purpose in hopes of driving up the amount they can charge. This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. Victory Plumbing Services has completed multiple repairs and improvements in our Maryland home. Replacement of a cracked well pipe, installation of a UV water filtration system and numerous plumbing issues due to improper upkeep by prior homeowners. We recently purchased a home with 3 wobbly toilets. Victory Plumbing responded quickly and arrived promptly. Jeff arrived wearing a mask, gloves and shoe covers. Jeff was courteous and communicated well, providing accurate estimates for the work needed before committing to anything. He found rusted mounting brackets under each toilet and replaced all of them, along with the sealing rings and better mounting hardware.
