My wife got to be the first of us to drive the truck, and she had a smile on her face the entire way from Ohio back into Michigan: We are extremely pleased with our experience and the quality of work done - I was just under the truck all day yesterday doing rust prevention with my POR-15 products; I was looking at their work close-up, and, perfect, I couldn't be happier... Installing lifts and all of the other modifications are challenging and the parts cost quite a bit. Diversified Truck-Auto & Off-Road IS the best balance. As a business, I look at the years they have been providing quality work, and we need them to survive and thrive as they provide a livelihood for their staff, and they help to build our community; so when they are looking at the balance of work, they are doing their best on pricing, timing, and complete satisfaction (I can see that in the future plans we are discussing for Retrax Eq and a Bed-Slide, among other work). Let me ASSURE YOU, they live up to their 5 star rating. The owner is very polite and enjoyably social while I waited for a ride to pick me up. In fact, he even offered to have the mechanic drive me back to my home. A couple hours later, he called with the results and estimate. Not only did he confirm what I needed, but he even went as far as to explaining what caused the damage (grounded wiring). As I said before, I already did my homework. I knew how much labor should cost, and I knew how much the part should cost. THEIR FINAL BILL was about $150 less than professional estimates. They also at no charge took care of the wiring problem, recharged the battery, and had the car finished within a couple of hours. FYI, The name "L & M Automotive" may be hard to see when driving by, but just look for the big Sunoco sign & gas station, and you'll have your car in good, affordable, dependable and friendly hands.
