Update. premier dental group should call back when you are trying to follow up with the oral surgeon/sedation dentistry referral. Met with Dr Greene, he said come back to see the sedation dentist person. Yes! This person said that if I wanted sedation dentistry that I needed to do it in a hospital. Could he or Dr Greene help with this? NOPE! Based on the fact Dr Greene never returned my calls. No one said I must get my cleaning and exam in a hospital (limitations with opening). Only said needed to complete sedation dentistry in A hospital. Desperately wanting a cleaning and exam I called and requested an appt. They said when would you like to come in... I said what's your soonest. They said today 7pm. I took it. I just wanted a cleaning and exam. Cleaning went well... Raphael very kind and did the best he could... what everyone had been doing 20+ years. Dr Lupu comes in asks how can she help me. Said I was here for cleaning and exam. She said notes indicated this should be done in a hospital and made no effort to do ANYTHING. Whatever! Got my teeth partially cleaned and learned... this office has poor communication and more. I want to start off by saying I have never left a negative review for any establishment on social…read moremedia or any other platform but I feel obligated to warn people of this business and their unethical practices. They will recommend procedures and then tell you that your insurance doesn't cover those services (which is untrue) When I visited this office for the first time 4 months ago I was very unhappy with my experience. I was told that my insurance did not cover 2 services that were recommended by the hygienist and when I questioned it because I was pretty positive they were covered I was told by the front desk staff that "insurance never covers these procedures". I declined the recommended services because I had a gut feeling I was being told wrong information. When I got home I reviewed my insurance policy to confirm those services were covered 100% I called later that day and spoke to Josline (the office manager) I was told that she would look into it and get back to me. She called me back shortly after and apologized and said her staff has certain protocols which were not followed and she takes full responsibility and continued to apologize. I said it was my first time as patient there and I was very disappointed.Josline then said (on our phone call) please come back and you can get your 2 services and as an apology I will not bill the 2nd service (fluoride treatment ) to your insurance and it will be free of charge. I was hesitant to come back but Josline sent me a quick text message the next morning again apologizing and saying she's very sorry and please let her know when I'm ready to schedule to come back. I thought the apology was genuine and the kind gesture to comp the fluoride treatment so I decided I would give this office another chance. I explained that my schedule did not allow for an immediate appointment but next time I come in I will gladly take you up on your offer. Yesterday I was back for my 2nd appointment (a cleaning) and the hygienist recommended a fluoride treatment and then proceeded to tell me it wasn't covered under my insurance. After I pushed back (thinking to myself here we go again )it was looked into further and surprisingly it was then covered. When I checked out at the front desk and spoke to Josline about her saying she wouldn't bill it to my insurance ( I have an allowed amount each year for covered services and I didn't want it to go towards that) she had printed out a text message that she sent me the day after my last appointment 4 months ago as a follow up to her phone apology and because she didn't mention the free fluoride treatment in the follow up text she acted like she never said it and handed me the printed out text with her apology and just said it doesn't say it on the text so she wasn't going to honor it. I told her we spoke about it on the phone at length while she was asking me to come back and give them another chance but she was not interested in anything I had to say. I am disgusted by the behavior I received yesterday. We had a clear and concise conversation about how she planned to rectify the mistake via phone and because it wasnt on the short text message that she sent the day after our conversation she was not willing to honor it. Just to be clear you lost a new client and any potential referrals over $30 It is in no way for me about the small dollar amount but more about unethical billing and when I tried to give them a second chance they not only tried to bill me again for covered services but then doubled down on it by refusing to comp the service I was promised as they rudely handed me text messages which were about 1/4 of our communication about this matter. I don't know if you they were overwhelmed yesterday but the customer service I received was by far the worst I've received in all my years

When I expressed concerns about this, I was met with rudeness and disrespect rather than understanding. Afterward, even the doctor began treating me poorly. A dental office should operate with teamwork, respect, and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not the case here.

I went to see Dr. Nadel for a second opinion on a tooth with a big cavity after being told by two…read moreother dentists that i would need a crown and a root canal. When Dr. Nadel saw my x-rays he told me that he could do a filling and see how my tooth would react after that (without having to do a root canal or put a crown) So i went in and his associate dentist Dr. Steven Horwitz did my filling which was an amazing success. I have no pain on that tooth, no sensitivity, and i am very happy with his work! My tooth is happy too! No crown or root canal was needed. I am so glad i went to Dr. Nadel. I would definently recommend him and Dr. Horwitz. If i had not gone to them i would have been ripped off by the other dentists that wanted to do a root canal on my tooth and a crown. Thank you Dr. Nadel and Dr. Horwitz you and your staff were great!! Also, my mom had a tooth implant done with Dr. Nadel which was a total success. She is very happy!

There's a flatscreen TV on the wall so while you're laying there getting your teeth cleaned, you can watch any program you want! After my cleaning my dentist, Dr Julio Cesar De los Rios DMD, examined me, looked at the x-rays and advised me what course of action I should take for the future. He is also very professional, knowledgeable, and nice! Then I proceeded to check out where Dana explained to me about their dental plan and how much of a discount I could get on future procedures. She really took the time to pull out a model of teeth to show me exactly which tooth she was referring to, so I'd be sure to understand. I've been using this Perfect Smile Dentistry office for over 20 years. It's a real easy location to get to with plenty of parking and everyone at the office is super friendly and I feel confident in what they tell me. I am a very satisfied patient.
