I would usually recommend this place because I'm here often. Tonight let's just say there needs to be a training on sanitation. I watched him from the window speaking with another worker wipe his nose with and without napkin. After the conversation ended he went and cooked my fried greens beans. I recently visited the Habit at 2430 Mahogany Way, Antioch, CA, Store Number 0193, and my experience was quite disappointing. Despite the drive-through line being lengthy, I decided to go inside, hoping for a quicker service and to see my food being prepared. Unfortunately, the service was far from satisfactory. There were only two people in front of me, yet it took 15 minutes for their orders to be processed. As the third person in line, I encountered issues with using a char ticket. The cashier struggled with the barcode, leading her to call over the manager, Cassandra. I expressed my concerns about the long wait time, given my own experience as a business owner. Cassandra, however, blamed the delay on Diane, a new employee. As a CEO myself, I believe in taking full responsibility for such issues and would have considered offering a small compensation, like a free milkshake, for the inconvenience. Instead, Cassandra responded with attitude, which led me to question the hiring and training practices at this location. In the end, Cassandra rushed the kitchen to prepare my burger, resulting in an undercooked meal. The service was disappointing, and the attitude from management was unacceptable. I've had mixed experiences at other Habit locations, but based on this visit, I cannot recommend this particular store. For a better experience, I suggest trying a different Habit location. It's honestly insane how at other Habit locations I have been at, they tend to get my order right. Why is it, at this particular location, they tend to mess up my order? And that doesn't happen a lot. The last time I went there, I picked up my order that I placed online. And when I looked inside, they gave me tempura green beans instead of the French fries, and I don't recall ordering them, so I asked them to take it off. But when I got home, I saw that they only gave me 5 chicken bites when I asked for 10. Not to mention that it had a weird aftertaste. My Build you own burger says it comes with pickles onion, and lettuce then you build it from there. I added cheese and that was it. There is an area where you can remove items you don't want including the above that it comes with. I did not mark any of those off as my receipt showed. For my second ordered I politely asked for my meat to be well done I received pink meat. 3rd meal was a kids grilled cheese.. he barely ate a bite. Fries for all 3 meals were cold and soggy as well. This was my first time ever trying Habit Burger. I cam with my wife who was a pro at ordering. I went with the double Charburger and she got the tri-tip sandwich with fried green beans. Initially, I was a little upset with the size of the burger in comparison to the tri-tip sandwich. The char burger did have a lot of flavor, but I still wish that it wasn't so small for the price. I've never had fried green beans but they we an interesting alternative and I somewhat felt healthier eating them. read more

on 11/13/24 at around 1:30pm I approached the cashier wanting to put in an order in advance. To my surprise I was redirected to Ezcater however the associate looked to their manager for assistance. I explained to the manager that our company was trying to save on delivery fees associated with Ezcater and she was able to help me put my order in. An hour later my manager informed me our meeting time was changing. To my surprise I was not able to locate the store number and kept getting re directed. I drove back to the store to see if they could change the pick up time and the same manager even wrote down their personal store number in case anything else came up. Upon pickup I was greeted immediately and a worker even helped me load the food into my car. Needless to say this site went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.
