This Habit is the WORST! We love the habit but this location is slow, they don't acknowledge you. Half the time it's wrong. And they never accept or offer promotions that we get online or coupons. I don't even know how they manage to do this every single time but they always forget or mess up my order in the drive thru on many different occasions. I try not to come to this specific location because they suck. They take forever and the orders are always wrong and were always missing items, Not to mention even on a slow day the drive thru takes so long. It's my first time visiting this new habit location. I placed an order through the app and they're now giving discounts on Tuesdays anywhere from buy one get one free to a percentage discount on the total of your order. My order was special as a lettuce wrap hamburger with no cheese. They seem to ace this without any issue. Unlike other habit locations, this location seems to be managed well, is clean, and the service is very good . When this chain was owned locally it made a huge difference in quality, customer satisfaction and all-around great experience. In 2025 most of the habit locations have horrible reviews. They didn't provide the correct number of sauces and the wrong ones at that. If you are going to be a stickler on charging for extra sauce, you have to make sure it's in the order. I ordered my burger without pickles. There was pickles. When I told them, the front staff looked at me and was confused on what to do. She went to talk to the cooks and they all stared with annoyance. She then said I can have it and will make another, then said that they wanted it back. I took a picture to make sure they don't give me the same one. I HATE pickles, I would throw up with even the taste of it. They felt some kind of way and kept starring me down and made me feel so uncomfortable, I spoke to the manager. The manager what quick to dismiss me and said " I get it, you don't like pickles". The whole time I was eating, they would laugh and look with attitude. I get we all make mistakes but don't make me feel like I was a huge inconvenience when it wasn't my fault and I'm paying for it. This is my local habit down the street from where I live, I frequent this place on a regular basis with Co workers for lunch. I received an offer for a, free chicken club sandwich on the app with an additional purchase. We went as a group to eat and wished to use the promotional coupon I received. I was informed that this particular location does not honor any promotion that is received by the application. I'm assuming they fell they are losing money, well they have lost my business and my fellow Co workers business since we will no longer visit this location and considering not visiting any other habit location. The other day, my husband and I ordered 2 burgers meal. We went home to enjoy our meals, it was not enjoyable, my burger was all messey, like they just throw it on the container. When I took 2 bites of my burger, the meat tasted spoiled. I throw it away, my husband ate half of his, and took the other half for lunch. When he preheated his burger, he stated it hard nasty smell. He ended up throwing away his half of his burger. When you trust a fast food place or a restaurant, you expect they inspect thier food or expiration dates, before giving it to thier customers. My review is based on yesterday's drive thru ordeal. I get in line early evening around 6ish. There were 2 people ahead of me and I figured oh man the wait will be very long as it normally is. I order and honestly the line went by so fast! There was a guy at the window and seemed like a manager. He is definitely not normally there. I was so pleased he was pushing orders out promptly! Prior to yesterday's visit, I would've rated them maybe 3 stars. I have ordered several times through the drive thru and the wait is long, they charge you for sides, many times I've had my order incorrect, and sometimes you get a little attitude at the window. I decided to try this Habit for the first time and it was pretty disappointing. I got a combo meal Charburger with Fried green beans substitute for fries, but after leaving the drive through window and opening the bag I noticed it was not my order at all and instead just some fries. They were super helpful when I went back in and even let me keep the fries, but everything was sort of stale and bland. It was not a super terrible burger, but for $16 it was a let down I definitely recommend going to a different habit store for your burger fix, or get a burger at the near by Jack n the box or Wendy's because $16 was not worth it :( read more

Star review is based on interior. Completely disappointed! This place opened up a bit ago and I've been through the drive through a few times. Had great experiences, food was good, order was correct, and employees were friendly. So we decided to come sit inside instead based on the great experience. Interior is much smaller than other Habit locations I've been to. Maybe for that reason it's difficult to maintain? We entered the location and immediately realized all tables were taken. When one opened up it was sticky and messy. Not to mention underneath! We took our food to go instead. Wish I could've enjoyed warm fresh food immediately instead of driving home in order to sit at a clean table. Thank you kitchen staff for working so hard and making such delicious food!!
