I have been to this Dennys for years! But this place was a circus today. I understand it was busy due to graduations, but having my name skipped over, and then finally getting seated but waited over 25 minutes for our order to be taken was unacceptable. I knew we should've left after waiting for 25 minutes, but we understood it was busy and that shouldn't give the waiter the excuse to bring not just ours, but other people's food one plate at a time. Even one drink at a time. Once our friend was done eating, I got my plate, then I was barely done, then my boyfriend got his plate. So overall we were in that Denny's for 2 and a half hours! Other people around us started to complain about the service! And also seeing the manager sitting at other booths talking to her friends and not help run food to other tables was a sour sight to see. And the fact that the waiter kept asking us what we ordered was crazy in itself. If he is new, why was he given the ok to wait on multiple tables with little experience? I hope this business actually sees my review and addresses that madness because that whole experience was unacceptable. read more

My daughter and I come here religiously after her school practices and we always get the best service! We've watched our server get absolutely slammed with just her taking orders, running food and cashing people out and she still manages to make our visit memorable. We were seated right away, before we scoot into our bench seats our waiter right away asked for our drinks order . I felt like she rushed us to quickly order . She came back soon after or drinks and we were not quite ready yet, we were still looking at the menu . Our waiter spoke so quick it's hard for me and my niece to make out what she is asking or saying. My niece had the waiter repeat her self a few times while she was taking our orders. I had the Philly cheese steak $18 , extra $ for avocado and jalapeño/ salsa . Our food was fine , all the condiments and extra coffee pot was on the table . Usually it's the "Lumber Jack Slam" or the "Moons Over My Hammy," but today I wanted to try something different. I was feeling rebellious so I ordered the "SouthWestern Benny Breakfast." What is it you say? It's a couple of toasted English muffins with chorizo and over-medium eggs on top. Then on top of that comes the Hollandaise and 5-pepper sauce, along with some pico de gallo. It's a mouthful! Accompanying the SouthernWestern Benny Breakfast is also a side of tasty hash browns. I must say it was a tasty dish. I was not disappointed with the taste of the chorizo and sauce. It was okay but the waiters/waitresses didn't listen to my orders. I went with a group of people for lunch, a female waitress asked us for our drinks and my group ordered drinks they wanted and she left to get them. (She ignored me and I didn't get to order the drink I wanted, she give me one of the same drink one of people in my group ordered.) A male waiter was getting our orders for meals (I ordered a Sirloin Steak) and when he came back with our food I noticed he didn't get one of the sides of my order right,he give me mashed potato, I did not order it as one of my sides for my meal (I told him what I want and pointed at it for him to see). This location is very close to my house and my husband and I go often. One of the main reasons is one of the morning shift servers, Jorge. He is so personable and efficient and just an all around nice guy. We always ask for his section. He knows exactly what we want and remembers our past orders, even down to the low cal pancake syrup. He now feels like family and always asks how we are doing . We have even gotten other family members to go with us and they now ask to sit in Jorge's section. I cannot praise him enough. If there is an issue, he is on it. The food is typical Denny's but we enjoy it. I would highly recommend this location and definitely ask to sit in Jorge's section!! Horrible experience here. Other than getting seated quickly nothing else went right. It took 13 minutes just for someone to come ask us for drinks. I asked for ice in my orange juice, I didn't get that. I ordered 2 super slams and a skillet. There was 3 people at my table, did my waitress think only 2 people were going to eat? Not only did we only get 2 plates but it wasn't the same waitress. We told this new waitress that we ordered 3 plates and she said she would go check on that. The waitress who took our order then comes over to ask how everything was going. We told her the same thing and she said she would go check on that. The new waitress then comes back with our 3rd plate. 3 minutes later the 1st waitress comes over with a 4th plate of food. Clearly, there is no communication going on here. Service at this restaurant was good and coffee always good but today I was served a hockey puck for a biscuit and the omelette was, well let's say it was eatable but all the goodie's inside was cold including the cheese which didn't even melt, extremely cold. As one Business owner to another. I would not recommend this place after hours. The staff is so rude. My husband and twins went out for dinner thinking it nice and quiet. It was raining that evening. I have to wait so long until they start cooking that item, when I tell them I'm missing an item.
